Stay in a premium two bed apartment that overlooks the yacht-lined harbour on this manmade marvel, at the Palm Jumeirah. Situated a short walk from one of Dubai’s newest malls, and resident bars and restaurants, guests can enjoy their morning coffee with a side of sea on their very own waterfront balcony. Be at the beach in under 5 minutes and venture out to visit the city’s architectural wonders like The Burj Khalifa just a 15-minute car ride away.
The Space
This carefully curated apartment makes good use of all available space, offering a furnished balcony with table, chairs, and as well as a sun lounger and outdoor lighting, whilst the indoor space is furnished with comfort in mind, to include a three-seater couch with accompanying chairs, a coffee table, TV, lamp lighting and a king size bed with premium linens. The tidy kitchen includes a large cooking space along with a coffee machine ensuring the best start to your day.
Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed with headboard, side tables, lamp lighting, a large Tv, and an en suite bathroom with his and ger sinks alongside a bathtub and walk in shower. The room also has a large sliding door providing direct access to the furnished balcony and is fully dressed for a sleep-filled night and the room contains fitted wardrobes for housing all your holiday essentials.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is fitted with a comfortable king-sized bed along with bed side lighting and fitted wardrobes allowing for plenty of storage. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower allowing for a seamless stay.
Guest Access
Occupants of this premium apartment may access an outdoor pool and fully equipped gym which also includes a sauna. Feel safe and secure with a 24-hour Front Desk and security, CCTV Cameras and Concierge.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
The Neighbourhood
Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, the Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boasts plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels such as the infamous Atlantis the Palm with world famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.
In the immediate vicinity you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighbouring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style.
There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxi’s are at a plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
