Listen to the waves from your front deck!

1 bedroom with full size kitchen and living room. 2 min. walk to all the surf shops and restaurants at Beach 1. 5 min. drive to Walmart and Tim Hortons. Weekly rentals in July and August. 1 bedroom + pull out couch sleeps 4. Please bring your own pillows, bedding, towels and toiletries. Cutlery, pots, pans are supplied. All cottages are professionally cleaned prior to check-in. Very few cottages in Wasaga Beach have what we offer; free parking and walking distance to Beach 1. If you’ve never been to Wasaga Beach, it’s important to know that Beach 1 is the most famous beach on the strip. It’s where you will find the most restaurants, shops and of course, people.

Great Stay!

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommend. The location, cleanliness and overall stay was great. Would definitely stay again! The 5 minute walk to the beach was everything!!

Had a wonderful time at your cottage Jeff! It was so close to everything as well as close enough to drive a short distance to a quieter beach for those days you enjoy a little more serenity. Thanks for your hospitality. Hope to see you again!

Great little vacation

Jeff the property owner was awesome, he responded very quickly when emailed. The location was perfect and the cottage was very cute. I would recommend this cottage rental for vacation. We had a really nice stay, would've been nice to stay longer. Only thing was when booking it didn't say in US funds so it was more than I thought, but I have looked back on site and its been corrected to Canadian funds. I would definitely book again. Thanks Jeff for your hospitality.

Thanks Susan! It was great to meet you and the cottage was even cleaner when you checked out than when you checked in! We updated our photos on the Friday and an hour later we had a booking (you guys) for Saturday. We had to put in an 18 hour day to get the rest of the cottage ready, so we’re glad it all worked out! Hope to see you next year!

Jeff and his family is wonderful... everythig is at it states on the website.. very close to beach just cross the small bridge and you are there... when we arrived place was nice and cool as they left ac on... wonderful experiance we will come again definitely. Thank you Jeff to you and your sisters ... see you in 2024 summer

L’emplacement était super surtout la terrasse a l’avant , parfait pour marcher à la plage avec les enfants et pour les activités en soirée.

This property needed and still needs many improvements, but we were so impressed by the location that we knew that all the energy we invest into this property would come back 10 fold. The property has come a long way and it has a long way to go, but if you are lucky, you can book now, and then lock your week in for many years to come!
