Serenity Cabin | Hot Tub | Fire Pit

Serenity Cabin is a rustic but modern cabin located on the 4F Ranch. The cabin is surrounded by several 100 year old plus oaks. The largest, named Serenity by the ranch owners, is over 200 years old. The cabin is well off the farm to market road, so noise is limited and no neighbors within 1/2 mile. Peace and quiet is abundant. Deer and turkey graze around the cabin daily. Porches front and back of the cabin offer comfortable lounging while enjoying the scenic hill country. Hiking the ranch is permitted and photography opportunities abound. Conveniently located, it's a short 20 minute drive to Kerrville, and 30 minute drive to Fredericksburg.

LOCATION – 8.5 miles from downtown Harper
HOSTS – Home to Yourselves, but the hosts live nearby
SLEEPS – Up to 6 people in two bedrooms; 1 bedroom has a queen bed & the second bedroom has 2 sets of single bunkbeds
BATH – 1 full bath with a walk-in shower
KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen without a dishwasher
BREAKFAST – No breakfast provided
AMENITIES – WiFi, hot tub, front and back covered decks with seating, outdoor grill, firepit (not available during county burn bans), cornhole, hammock & swing, located on acreage designated as a wildlife sanctuary

- atvs, hunting, and fireworks are not allowed
- the fire pit is not available during burn bans
- the house does not have a television

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.
