Kick's Kids has all the amenities you dream of in a vacation rental: Waterfront - Private Dock - Private Pool - Putting Green - Firepit with Seating - the only thing missing is you and 9 of your friends or family! This dreamy vacation home will accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The upper level boasts a large living space, 2 dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms - all with King beds. Downstairs (no inside stairway) you will find 2 Queen bedrooms connected via a Jack & Jill bathroom. Kick's Kids high end finishes and plush furniture create the perfect landing spot after a long day enjoying the salt and sun!

After tying your boat up to the private floating dock, take a dip in your private pool! Once you're water-logged for the day then you can enjoy the putting green, firepit, or catch an ocean view from the front porch! You will also find two separate enclosed outdoor showers and a laundry room on the lower level. The white sand of Garden City Beach is an easy 3 minute walk via a beach access located across the street. Kick's Kids is ready to create all new wonderful memories for you and your family!

House was as described and had a good layout with updated baths and kitchen. Beach was very close and the channel and pool gave us lots of options for the 5 kids. Fire pit with s’mores was a big hit. Very hot during our stay and the main gathering area and downstairs bedrooms stayed cool. The kitchen and upstairs bedrooms were pretty warm most of the time. Everything worked except the grill which really needs some TLC. Had to cook in kitchen which was already pretty warm. Overall great place.
