The one-bedroom and studio combination has 2 king-sized beds and 2 queen-sized sleeper sofas. One bedroom has its own full kitchen and the studio has a kitchenette. The master kitchen comes with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, flattop stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The master bathroom in the studio and the one-bedroom unit is complete with a walk-in shower and a large Jacuzzi tub.

• Complimentary Valet Parking
• Access to Pool and Fitness Center
• Walking Distance to the Strip and TopGolf
Guests will also have access to the amenities at MGM Grand including the pools, gym, fine dining establishments, and lively bars.
Parking Information
Guests of The Signature at MGM Grand receive complimentary valet parking for up to one vehicle per reservation. Please note that valet services may close when they reach full capacity. You will be directed to park at the MGM Grand self-parking garage if the valet is full for the evening. Valet parking at the MGM Grand Hotel is not included.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
• A $100 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in per day (up to $300.) TThe security deposit must ONLY be paid with either a physical debit or credit card. (cash, check, and Apple Pay are NOT accepted).
•Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in.
•Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
•StripViewSuites has a full team available to assist you 24 hours, seven days a week, including holidays. Any maintenance requests made after 4pm will be addressed the next business day.

Wonderful view

This two condo combo was perfect in every aspect. They are spacious, fully furnished and a short walk to Las Vegas Blvd. The best thing is the amazing view.

Perfect setup for a family

Really enjoyed our stay in this unit, having the 3 bathrooms was wonderful. Tower 1 is very conveniently located to MGM and Monorail which was important to us. It was nice to be away from the noise and activity of a casino. Property manager and hotel staff were all polite and professional. Would definitely rebook again.

Great spot hidden in middle of everything

Great stay, only wish was to have more items for a 5 day stay and outdoor furniture. Towels and trashbags were not enough. Perfect view of the strip. Plenty to do in the area!!!

More space than a hotel room

Property was as described, clean, spacious, amenities provided. Pool was nice. Having a Starbucks in lobby was great. It's a little bit of a hike to get to the strip (2 blocks). I would definitely stay here again.

What is your mind’s image when you read “ 2 BD…” No matter what follows, the image of two distinct bedrooms populates your imagination. There are not two bedrooms. A studio is not a bedroom, the definition, indeed the term “studio” is set aside from the term bedroom.A “bedroom” is defined in legal terms as a room with a building-constructed closet. By no stretch is the paired accommodation to be considered, or to be found to be in legal terms a “two BD” accommodation on arrival.The advertising is misleading. We had guests from all across the world whom we were hosting and privacy was compromised. To completely infuriate the customer, the insistence of the off-site corporate owner staff to insist that my resting of their advertisement was incorrect, as far as to parse the letters “BD” in their own corporate terms and then say “it’s your problem” was the hammer. The management is off site and off sides. They will not hear customer complaints in their presentation of facts. They do offer services from off site, the plumbers are in at 11am, and they resolved a plugged toilet for which no plunger had been supplied. The front desk will take no responsibility or maintenance to even send towels, the unit is owned privately and must be contacted through their own switchboard. Be aware of these off site items and the nature of the advertisement ploy.

Stayed for a long weekend getaway. Very nice location and was clean. The rooms were well represented by the pictures other than described as 2 bedroom, 3 bath but actually 2 separate rooms. One with king suite and one with queen bed but right next to each other.

Great Location

This is our second time staying at MGM Signature. Staff were fantastic and location is amazing. Easy to get to Strip and monorail. Suites are starting to show their age but honestly that didn't bother us that much. Had side by side suites which worked great as my mom and stepdad were in on and we were in the other with my brother.

Amazing Suite For Birthday Celebration

Great suite with lots of space for family birthday celebration. Easy indoor walk to MGM Grand and other strip properties. Communication with owner was easy, clear and very helpful. Would highly recommend this great suite.

As expected

We stay at the MGM Signature for our 2-3 week work trip every year. The hotel didn't have any rooms available, so we booked through VRBO instead. We were still able to use all the hotels facilities with the exception of being able to bill things to our room. Overall, we love staying here and will do so again.
