Unit 105 is the perfect place to get away and relax for you or the whole family. The building is situated directly on the beach and the unit has been completely renovated. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has two full sized beds and there is a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping (not a sleeper sofa). You have access to a shared on-site washer and dryer located on the first floor.

This unit offers the ultimate convenience of having private beach access and a large heated pool only a few steps from your patio. This ground floor, pool front unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Great location and fantastic space

Truly enjoyed our 30 day stay at this condo. Wonderful location steps to the pool and beautiful beach. Condo was very well appointed only lacking adequate number of towels. Walking distance to the pier and some restaurants. Close to Publix and CVS. Parking is tight but very well maintained building . Quiet in the evenings. Staff on premises very friendly and helpful.

The condo was clean, well stocked (towels, beach gear, kitchen supplies, etc), and beautiful! It was within walking distance to the beach and the pool was fantastic. Will definitely be staying here again!

Very relaxing

Really enjoyed our stay. Place was within walking distance of stores and restaurants but not too busy. Very quiet at night and pool just outside the door and beach within seconds of course a plus!
