Venha vivenciar a experiência de ter a praia bem pertinho de vc, só abrir o portão do quintal e estará com os pés na areia. A casa é simples, ambiente familiar e sossegado, ideal para o descanso e renovar as energias em contato com o mar. Temos 03 quartos que acomodam 06 pessoas, com bom sinal w-ifi, uma cozinha e sala conjugadas, um banheiro e um lavabo, um chuveiro externo, além de um quiosque com churrasqueira que fica na frente da praia. Tem 02 TVs na casa, com canais abertos. Tem garagem e local para estacionar mais 2 carros. Não são permitidos eventos/festas, hóspedes extras e nem animais de estimação. A região fica uns 40km de Florianópolis (SC) e uns 13 km da BR101, tem acesso asfaltado. Tem um mercadinho no bairro e uns 07km tem um outro bairro com mais comércio. No bairro pode se deslocar a pé para o mercadinho ou prainhas próximas, como a Baia dos Golfinhos, onde se pode combinar até passeio de barco. Aguardamos por você por aqui!!
