An updated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse located in the desirable South Forest Beach area.This cozy, 2 level villa is in the perfect spot for all of your Island activities.



The open concept kitchen, dining and living space is ideal. The fully equipped galley kitchen has counter seating for 4 and a dining table that can seat 5...plenty of space for all your travelers! The cozy and bright living area has a love seat and sofa. Step out on the private balcony and enjoy the beautiful Island weather!

Coligny Beach Park-one of the most popular and favorite beaches on the Island. It offers outside showers, restrooms, swings, free WIFI, seasonal beach equipment rentals, walking and biking paths.



Coligny Plaza- has over 60 restaurants and specialty shops. Memorial Day through Labor Day there are events and entertainment for all!



Free parking can be found around the entire Coligny Plaza Complex.



Coligny Theater- known to have the best popcorn on the island is also centrally located.

Relaxing stay

We loved our stay at this property. Easy walking path to the beach, restaurants and shopping are close by. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the beach items that were available for use. Our son really enjoyed using the skim board during our stay. Definitely recommend.

Great stay!

The location is a very convenient short walk to the beach and right near Coligny circle which we were looking for. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the beach chairs and amenities. Thank you for such a well appointed place!

We enjoyed this property so much. We loved the beach that we were directed to, it was quiet and private and we loved that. It was so nice to have a beach wagon and chairs accessible to us to take to the beach. Our only recommendation is the directions to the place. It should say, take the third exit into the complex - we were very confused for a while before we found the right place. Otherwise we enjoyed this property

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful long weekend! The condo was extremely clean and accommodating. I was worried that it might be too far from the beach, but the beach path was very convenient. It was a straight shot to the beach. Thanks for the use of your wagon. We will definitely stay here again.

Short Spring Break Getaway

This is a great property for a family of 4 (or 5) depending on your needs. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay very well. The property had everything we needed and was in a great location on the island to get to whatever we needed. The beach path to the southwest of the property was perfect for making it to the beach with only one road crossing. The neighborhood is very peaceful, we'll be coming back again.

Wonderful Stay

Ocean Breeze 66 is a great place to stay. Everything was as described. We used the beach chairs that they had which was very nice. Walk to the beach wasn’t too bad, straight shot and on paved pathway. We were able to get in by 3:30 which was nice. They texted to say it was ready early. Overall we had a great stay!

Great stay!

Overall great location. 2 minute drive to the beach and within minutes we had several restaurant options. Our stay was clean with all the amenities that we needed to enjoy a great stay. The place got a little cold at night however it was much needed in that SC heat. Would we love to stay here again for another Hilton Head family vacation? Absolutely! Have we already told other friends and family to come to at this fantastic place? It’s our plan to do so!

Great Vacation!

This place is great! The location is perfect. Close enough to the beach to walk but secluded enough not to have all the people from the beach with you every moment. Love the fact that they have chairs and a wagon for you to take to the beach making the trip easier. Never had that before. The condo is clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It has everything you could want.

Beautiful villa! We loved every aspect of this property. Nice updates and done really well. Clean, cute decor, and a great space for us to hang out. The bedrooms are very roomy, lots of good space, and the bathrooms have higher vanities, which means we are not kneeling to brush our teeth like we have in other units on the island!

This place is great. Love the space and the location is ideal. It is nicely upgraded and stocked well. My only areas of “opportunity” are: it should come with beach towels given this is a beach town. Checking in at 5pm is very late. 4pm should be plenty of time to turn the house over. Otherwise, very pleased with our stay here and we would return.

Great stay, great location!

This property was just as expected and described. Had everything we needed and more. All kitchen utensils and cookware; beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys, small beach shade. Decor was very nice. Comfortable accommodations. Location was great. Close to everything. Nice beach access. Definitely recommend renting bicycles. The only thing I would recommend would be to add a soft-sided cooler or something to take lunch and drinks to beach and a bigger sun shade. 2 chairs hardly fit under the one umbrella. And packing beach towels was a hassle when you have to fit things in limited luggage to fly. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Stay

What a wonderful week at the beach! Our condo was super clean and secure. The bed was very comfy and the shower head was simply amazing - seriously! The AC and heat work well and there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. Everything in the condo is updated and in tiptop shape. We cooked all our meals in, and the kitchen had everything we needed (restaurants abound, though, if you prefer). Books, games, beach chairs, and bikes were all provided (bring your own beach towels). The bikes were the best! We biked to the beach each day (about 2 blocks away) and all around town. There's a pool just a few steps away but it wasn't yet open (we came in Feb). We give this condo our highest rating and would recommend it to others without reservation.

Great location, clean, and well furnished!

The place was wonderful! Condo was clean, stocked with beach amenities, and in a great location in close proximity/walking distance to both the beach and Coligny Plaza. The condo came with a binder filled with info about the area and a map of neighborhood. Would definitely recommend! My ONLY area of opportunity would be the check-in & check-out times… check in at 5PM and check-out at 10AM is the latest/earliest I think I’ve ever seen at any vacation rental (I’ve done this quite a few times). Check-in is too late to enjoy the day of arrival, and check-out is too early for anything else the day of departure. I mean, I get it - the place needs to get cleaned and turned around for the next guest, but I wish we could’ve had some of those hours back to enjoy the place some more. Other than that - and frankly, that’s a minor issue - we were extremely pleased with our stay.
