Have a wonderful Bracebridge family getaway!! This beautiful panabode style cottage on pristine Leech lake is located on a one acre treed Muskoka lot. Guests will enjoy the beautiful outdoor space on the long dock, canoe, small sandy shallow-entry beach, sandy sports court, paddle board, firepit, sauna and other amenities. Main floor of cottage has 3 bedroom with sleeping for 8 then additional sleeping space in loft is fit for kids (low height & mattresses on the floor) and we are told is the “coolest space ever”.

Why they chose this property

When shopping for cottages they wanted to be in Muskoka & ideally Bracebridge because they love this town... the loons on the lake made it sound like a tragically hip song & they just knew it was "the one". The lake is large and clear and warm for swimming. It is also full of fish which is very fun for the fishers of the family.

This beautiful panabode style cottage on pristine Leech lake is located on a one acre treed Muskoka lot. Guests will enjoy the beautiful outdoor space on the long dock, canoe, small sandy shallow-entry beach, sandy sports court, paddle board, firepit and other amenities. Main floor of cottage has 3 bedroom with sleeping for 8... the additional sleeping space in loft fits 5 kids and we are told is the “coolest space ever”.
