Property was clean, and as noted you had to walk through one bedroom to get to another (and one of the bathrooms) but this wasn’t an issue for us. All the rooms were comfortable size, clean. The home is very minimalist (no decor, extra blankets, pillows, board games, seasoning, etc). We had a rainy day and the sleek living room tile was very slippery upon coming in from outside. Back yard was overgrown and fire area had no propane to use (it rained for us so we couldn’t regardless, but FYI). Neighborhood was quiet and easy to access with grocery/restaurant options nearby to get basic cooking and cleaning supplies (basic seasonings, cooking oil, laundry soap and something to wipe counters after use-only small amount of dish soap was available) and showering essentials. Overall, the home is older with basic remodel and clean; is as described with no extras but fairly priced. We had difficulty with the keypad our first day (maybe from our own rain wet fingers? host was easily available and helpful by phone).

We checked in very late at night. There was no outside light at front door, making it difficult to get in. The home appears clean for the most part, however, I did find a long hair on one of our bedroom pillows, which grossed me out. There were only partial rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. We had to go buy some the following morning. Soap dispenser in back bathroom was completely empty. Sliding door in rear bedroom was unlocked. There is one picture on one bedroom wall, otherwise, no real decor at all, making it feel not very “homey”. Communication with Evolve was horrible. I messaged them twice before our stay and never got a response. I then called them and was told they couldn’t answer my question and I would need to speak to the home owner directly. Representative said he was messaging me the owners name and phone number as soon as we hung up. I never received the information. Upon returning to the house after our first day out, we could not unlock the front door. I called owner twice and also texted. It was over an hour until we received a call back. We had been given the wrong code to get into the house. ( this explains why the door seemed to unlock too easily our first night there. I honestly believe the door was already unlocked when we arrived). The outlet in bathroom on left side did not work. Many Windows were so dirty that you couldn’t really open the curtains because you didn’t want to see the filth.

My favorite rental so far!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Royal Palm Beach. The hosts were incredibly communicative, accommodating, and welcoming throughout our visit.The house was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The backyard felt like a private oasis — perfect for relaxing. One highlight: the master shower had fantastic water pressure (I even snapped a photo of the showerhead so I can get one for my own home!). The neighborhood was peaceful with friendly neighbors, which made it feel even more like home.The location was ideal — close to great restaurants and activities, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city.I would absolutely love to book with Saint Amand's again the next time we’re in Royal Palm Beach!

Layout was good, but just fyi as listing says, you need to walk thru 1 bedroom to get to another (2nd master). Didn't affect us since kids were in walk-thru & are deep sleepers. Location was perfect for us! Neighborhood was nice.2 issues: internet not working when we got there but quickly resolved by owners. And 2nd: 2 of the 3 bathrooms had no working outlets. I've reported so hopefully fixed soon.

Enjoyable Stay

My family and I were in Wellington to attend a wedding. We were just looking for a clean and safe home to sleep that was budget friendly to spend 2 nights. We enjoyed the stay. The house is nice, clean, and the owners are super responsive. The enclosed backyard is very spacious. The supermarket is nearby so we pretty much had everything we needed.

Nice house, cool neighbors, canal with peacock bass, largemouth, clownknife, tarpon, and snook only a block away. Not far from the beaches. Note that the owner doesnt provide propane for the fire pit.

Great family home

Very spacious and comfortable. Hosts were responsive and helpful when a storm took out Wi-Fi and we needed assistance to get it started again. The doggies and kids enjoyed the large back yard. The screened porch was a plus.

Florida family fun

The house was perfect for us. We all had a bedroom to go to for alone time. But we spent most of the time visiting, playing games in the living area, screened in porch and outside. We were 30-45” from our fun on the beaches, kayaking, visiting museums, arboretums and a friendly Irish bar in West Palm Beach. The stay was perfect.

This is a lovely house in a lovely neighborhood. It was clean and spacious. For us, it was perfectly located for convenience to family nearby. The house advertises sleeping for 8 and while there are that many beds, there were not enough regular pillows, towels or coffee mugs for that many. The backyard in the photos is nicer than what is there now - it looks like the owners are trying to upgrade but it was not inviting to sit outdoors in either the large screen room or backyard. All this being said, when we contacted the owners with a lightbulb out, they immediately dropped one off. We also gave some suggestions for improvements and they were very appreciative of our recommendations. If the improvements were made and I needed a place in the area, I would stay again.

Beautiful house, pet friendly with a great location

We came to town for a wedding and we always travel with our dogs so we prefer to rent houses with fenced yards. This property has an amazing yard and privacy fences. The interior is beautifully decorated and very clean. Great neighborhood and the location is very convenient to amenities and not too far from the beach. Would definitely recommend. 5 Stars all day long!

House in Royal Palm Beach

We enjoyed our stay however were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. There were used towels hung in all bathrooms. The documentation for the internet connection needs to be updated so that guests can connect upon their arrival.
