Bright and Quiet Cochrane Mountains Edge Home

Bright and spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in Cochrane located just off highway 22 &1A, It is an easy drive to Canmore, Banff and Calgary. Quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. Just a short walk to plazza or mintues drive to shopping center. Enjoy mountain life with city convenience.
* Upper floor laundry
* 3 Queen beds in 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished as home office.
* Fiber internet 1Gbps. Good for remote work.

There is a spacious master bedroom with ensuite, a beautiful main bath and second bedroom. The third room can be used as a home office, complete with a desk!

The main floor is comfortable and roomy, with an open concept it’s easy to enjoy meals and visiting and be open to the whole main floor space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots/pans and most small appliances!

We had a very lovely stay to celebrate my Grandma’s 90th Birthday! The house was clean, very cozy, and well stocked. Beds were extremely comfortable! The fenced yard was great for the dog, and also having a park only a block away. Great location for access to town, Ghost Lake, and the mountains!

The place was decent but overpriced. The house smells like dogs. There is dog hair everywhere and all the furniture on the main floor is stained and damaged. The couches have a strong dirty dog smell and the rug in the main floor is worn and smells as well. The rooms were clean and the bedding was comfortable.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We’re are a pet friendly Airbnb and have had many guests over the summer stay with their fur babies. That being said we have yet to receive any feedback from anyone else on a smell, though we do understand some people notice things more than others. The home is not brand new, so naturally the furniture isn’t either; however, we inspected it following your review and found it to be fully functional. Our pricing is also very competitive compared to the amount of hotel rooms needed to accommodate 6 people, while offering a private kitchen and dining area. There was never any mention to us of these things you weren’t happy with upon your arrival or at any point during your stay. That said, dissatisfaction with the home does not justify leaving the property in the condition it was left in.

Great house and convenient location. A short drive into town but also a shortish walk to various amenities like Tim’s as well as a great little Mexican restaurant. Really quiet neighborhood and for a terrace house surprisingly quiet too. The hosts were great and the house was plenty stocked with everything we needed. Thanks again guys.

Great place to stay for families or anyone seeking a clean and comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable. Neighbourhood was nice and quiet. There was a park a block away that was perfect for my toddler and so convenient to have a restaurant and amenities within walking distance.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood and great location. The property was as pictured and described. Everything was clean and ready for us. Check-in was super easy with a code for the door assigned and provided prior to our arrival. And with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, it was a great value for our group, allowing us to have our own space while still staying together. Most of all, what made our stay so great and stress-free are the wonderful hosts. Lisa and Mandi were very communicative, always quick to answer any questions I had, and sending info on time or even earlier than expected. They are also just very kind and thoughtful individuals, taking the time to let us know about events happening in the area that weekend and sharing tips to keep the house cooler during a heatwave. Would definitely recommend this property if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Cochrane!

Beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood. We had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable! We were in the area for our son’s wedding in Canmore and reception in Calgary. Great Family Xmas Stay

Check in process and communication with Lisa was easy. Bedrooms were upstairs so those who went to bed early were separated from the “party crowd “ downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped with the basics. Easy access to walking paths and off-leash area. We would stay there again.

Nice stay in Cochrane

The rental process was smooth. This was a nice clean basic unit. As a new unit to VRBO, maybe a few items to iron out , no cable tv, had to call for where wifi password located ( under cover on modem ), needs blinds in kitchen for privacy, other than these minor items we enjoyed stay here

We like outdoors, hiking and mountain biking in summer and skiing in winter. Cochrane is close to Kananaskis country where we have thousands trails to explore. 50 minutes to Banff, or one hour drive to ski resorts Sunshine and Lake Louise.

Located west side of Cochrane on Hwy 1A, our home is nearest to Canmore and Banff, easy drive with no traffic jam.

40 minutes to Canmore and 50 minutes to Banff. Less than 40 minutes drive to Calgary International Airport.

5 minutes drive to Cochrane shopping center and restaurants.
