Holiday home of 90 m2 on two levels, plus a veranda with a beautiful view of the sea. The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden of 300 m2 which is shared with the apartment located on the ground floor. A private terrace is reserved for you. The beach is located 300 meters from the villa. It is easy to park cars either in the street or the parking lot.

Pets considered if they are clean and always accompanied by their teacher.
