There are no trade-offs with a stay at this Andaman sea view villa. The hillside location provides breathtaking views of Patong city skyline and the ocean from all three levels and also a great access to the city and Patong beach. Just 100 meters (3-4 mins walk) to the main road with many cafes, restaurants and convenient stores. 700 meters (8-10 mins walk) to the world famous Patong beach and town center. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the island.

The house is spacious, modern and well decorated with three bedrooms and three full baths easily accommodating 6 people. All levels have rooms with bi folding doors which can be completely open to provide a great indoor- outdoor tropical living experience. The covered parking and main entrance are on the top level, guest bathroom and a master bedroom with a sea view balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and shower with direct views of the Andaman sea. Wake up to glorious ocean views and end your days enjoying colorful sunsets over Patong bay.
A staircase leads down to the middle level where there is an open-plan living with a kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped. It has appliances such as an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and utensils for self-catering.
The living room opens out to a large shady terrace overlooking jungle-cated mountains and the ocean. This is a perfect space to enjoy outdoors, dine and entertain with your family and friends. Private Wi-Fi is available.
On the lower level there is a second bedroom that features a king size bed and a sea view balcony with a seating area. At the rear there is another bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Electric usage is not included in the price, it will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is included. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the house.
Your stay includes the exclusive use of this home, complemented by daily housekeeping (9AM-5PM) to ensure impeccable comfort.
Our maid will keep the space fresh and can prepare a delicious homemade breakfast upon request.
The cost of groceries for breakfast or any other shopping is not included in the rate and will be charged with a shopping-delivery surcharge of 15%.
