Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac between Rye and Blairgowrie, this cosy weatherboard is only a 10 min walk to the beautiful Tyrone Foreshore and bay beach. Completely surrounded by nature and directly opposite Moonah Waren Bushland Reserve and a children’s playground, this Mornington Peninsula getaway has great wineries, golf courses, hot springs, cafes and restaurants all at your doorstep!

The space:
The fully fenced property features a large sun-drenched deck with ample entertaining space including covered and uncovered areas. Three good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan, lounge kitchen, and dining, full laundry facilities and carport make it a relaxed seaside oasis.

Perfect place for an overnight stay

The property itself was great but the check in process was problematic. We could not open the door with the instructions given - 6 reasonably intelligent technologically competent adults could not get the door to open. The 1800 number to call didn’t answer - so very frustrating!!

Amazing home, great communication

Very much enjoyed our stay. The owner was so lovely and very accomodating. Beds were super comfy and house was so well equipped with everything you could possibly want! Will definitely be back :)

Escape and relax

A perfect home for a girls retreat to relax, recharge and refresh. There was no stress, great communication and the house was clean with beautiful, modern beachy decor. It was close to the Hot Springs, beach and cafe. I’d recommend and stay again for sure.

Beautiful home in lovely surroundings. Everything was immaculate and very well presented Made to feel very welcome. Special treats left, were very much appreciated. Beds very comfortable and stylish decor. Very warm and inviting. Everything was provided for and thought of. We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our special weekend away.
