This property has great amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. It was clean and the check in/out process couldn't have been easier. The owners checked in with us to make sure all was well (which it was). Would definitely recommend!

The condo was the perfect place for our family vacation! The rooms/beds were comfortable and the downstairs was very quiet for our young children. The kitchen and living room had everything we needed for meals in and time relaxing in the condo. The amenities including the pools, playground and restaurant were very nice. I also enjoyed having access to hiking trails from our front door! I also can’t say enough great things about our host Nichole. She was extremely responsive to our questions and very accommodating. I highly recommend this stay!

Great Spot for a Ski Weekend

The property was just as advertised and a nice space for our friend group to ski out of. Check in was a breeze!

Great ski-in/ski-out stay

Ski-in/ski-out was easy and a great way to enjoy the slopes! Parking at the ski area itself is not great, so having this perk was really a huge convenience and allowed us to maximize our time skiing. Property was as advertised, very comfortable and accommodating.

Property is somewhat dated but comfortable and mostly functional. Unit had not been cleaned prior to our arrival but that was quickly handled with minimal impact. Lower level bathroom could use some deep cleaning/sanitizing to remove persistent odor. Some blankets/throws need to be laundered with sheets.GFCI outlets in bathrooms did not function reliably. Owner is aware and is addressing all issues.

Superior 100

Was in town to run the Superior 100 trail race and wanted a convenient and comfortable place to stay. This location met all of our needs. Enjoyed the access to the pool and hot tub as well. Lots of room for everyone to relax during our limited down time. Would definitely stay here again. Good communication regarding access to condo and everything was well stocked.

Fun Ski In/Out for Intermediates+

This was a great spot for a group of 7 to stay and play. The access trail is a pretty easy blue.

Spring Skiing

Perfect getaway to the North Shore! The place aas charming. It had everyhing we needed for our family vacation. Highlights were the wood burning fireplace, the view of the gondola, skiing back for lunch, and the kids loved the bunk beds. We hope to return!

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed for a Lutsen ski trip and couldn’t have been happier! Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Ski in ski out is a major plus. Kids also loved the pool after a day on the slopes. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Lutsen get away

This was just what we needed for a family gathering. We enjoyed the scenic location which was close to Lake Superior and the hiking trail system.

Lutsen Ski Weekend

Property was perfect for a family ski weekend. Ski in/ski out gave easy access to moose mountain. Having a cozy fire after a day of skiing was a great experience and firewood was provided. Owners were easy to communicate with and responsive! Would definitely recommend this property.

Great ski I ski out

Was a little skeptical about ski in ski out not being familiar with the area but as long as moose access is open it was terrific. We will be back.

Beautiful cabin in lutsen

I have stayed several times in Caribou Highlands with family and friends, this was my first time in this cabin and I loved how spacious and beautifully decorated it is. The kitchen has every utensil you need for cooking and some Keurig decaf coffee pods. For condiments only salt and pepper, but we were not expecting more ( just for future guests its good to know you have to bring sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee and other basic stuff).Great price, location, comfort combination and I would love to come back.

Lutsen condo

Sonia (owner) was very responsive and provided clear instruction. We have stayed at similar properties (in the same group of condos) over the last couple years; this one is comparable (it has a half bath on the main level; don’t think all units do). We were there to ski, and unfortunately it was SO cold that we didn’t get as much skiing in as hoped. Note that this unit does not come with the ability to use the shuttle to the base of the ski hill. We did ok with driving up and dropping off though, and the shuttle sometimes has long wait times (you must be outside and ready for pickup for the shuttle - would’ve been brutal in the weather we experienced).

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time while we stayed at the townhouse - it was close to everything we wanted to do on the property as well as, easy to get to places to hike. would love to come up in the winter next time! the kitchen was pretty well stocked with salt/pepper and olive oil, and the dishes/cooking utensils we adequate. the dishwasher was in desperate need of jet dry, so our dishes were not the cleanliest, but other than that, it was great!

Christmas Ski

Great space for family ski getaway. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and fireplace. Wood shack with complimentary wood is just outside your door (I recommend bringing firestarters) Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishware for large family; was happy to find extra paper products, garbage bags and ziplock bags for ski snacks We ordered from moguls one night; wood fired pizza and smoked appetizers Great local marketplace about 2 miles north for grocery supplies and friendly staff

Lutsen Townhome

Our family enjoyed relaxing at the townhome. Plenty of space for all of us. Property owners were great to deal with. The whole property is certainly geared towards skiers but it was a nice spring trip. Pool is within walking distance of main resort. Bugs were a little thicker than we had expected, but nothing a little bug spray didn't fix. We enjoyed the alpine slides and gondola ride.

Guys ski weekend

Had a great time, the property was exactly as listed. This was my first time doing a ski-in/out property and I was pretty convenient, although I didn’t use it as much as I thought due to the short hours of the lifts. They only operated from 9-4 so you didn’t want to take a bunch of time out to go back to the room, even though it’s pretty convenient. Property was great, though!

Overall great stay

The condo was clean, tidy and well stocked. Upgraded linens, comfortable beds, heater in basement bedroom, all the cooking essentials you'd need. The sidewalk up to the unit was not fully cleaned off so we had to shovel more to be able to put our skis away and the shovel was awful. It would be nice to stand out on the deck to enjoy the view but there was record snow fall before we got there. The only other complaint is the toilet paper holder in the basement bathroom which is minor but it could be installed on the wall by the door.

Beautiful location, poor housekeeping

The stay was good overall. It was a nice location and nice home. Some houskeeping was not done it looks like. We arrived to a full, unloaded dishwasher- I mentioned it to the owners and they just ignored me pretty much. It should not be the renters job to unload a dishwasher- especially when they ask to fill it and run it before we checkout. There weren't any clean pillowcases for the stack of extra pillowcases, we found 2 extras that looked used, also messaged the owners- no reply. Some of the extra blankets were dirty. There was a dirty towel wedged in between cabinets. If you are a light sleeper, the furnace downstairs is very very loud, the person who slept there couldn't sleep at all, this would probably only be an issue in the winter.
