The Space:

An extraordinary clubhouse is the centerpiece of this resort-style community. At the clubhouse, you can purchase your resort access card and enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer! Such as the lazy river, water slide and pool area, tennis court, volleyball court, and fitness center.



RESORT FEE:

There is a $49 fee for an access card to use the amenities. The resort fee is a one-time fee that allows you and the members of your party to gain access to these facilities for the entire length of your stay.



Bedroom configurations:



Bedroom one: Master suite with King-size bed and private bathroom



Bedroom two: King-size bed with private bathroom



Bedroom three: Two full-size beds with a shared bathroom



Bedroom four: Two full-size beds with a shared bathroom



Bedroom five: Queen-size bed with bathroom



This property accommodates up to 14 guests. We provide 14 towels, and there is a washer and dryer located inside the property.



As a courtesy, we offer our guests a Welcome Kit.



It is not our responsibility to replace the Welcome Kit items.



Please note that the pool heater is an extra fee and must be requested 48 hours before your arrival.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.





POOL AND SPA HEATER:

The pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has been completed. Please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours before your arrival.

****The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Guest must be 21 years or older to book

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries
