Bijou Cottage handy to the Village

A fabulous option if you are looking for something well appointed and cosy. Combining the best of Kiwi building nostalgia with mod cons, this property is a real treat to stay in. Thank you Sue for being such a great host!

Comfy Cottage Home away from Home

Comfortable, compact and well appointed home in a handy location. There were many thoughtful details available. The well fenced property made taking our small dog stress free.

Cosy Cottage in Havelock North

What a wonderful home to relax in ,great location and so warm and cosy.We definitely would come back and fully recommend Susan as a host ,she even lite the fire for us.

Family of 4

We are a family with children 8 and 6 years old and really enjoyed our time at Sue's accommodation. The home has everything you need and with a flat and fenced section it is perfect. It is located in kid walking distance to park and local outdoor pool. Ocean Beach and Strawberry Patch were our favourite spots to visit.

I liked the bed sheets and duvet. I slept really well. Double glazed windows meant it was quiet. Lovely outside seating in deck with some shelter

Lovely little house in central location

Sue was very helpful and kindly enabled us to check in a little earlier so we could get our son down for a nap. The property is very tidy, well-appointed, with heaps of space for our dog to run around in in the large fenced yard. It was a short walk into town and we had a really great stay.

Lovely cottage stay

Cute cottage with all the amenities provided. Comfortable beds, we all got a good nights sleep. Location was perfect for us for getting to wineries and Te Mata peak. We all had a lovely time. Lots to do in the bay. We really appreciated that our pet was allowed to stay. Would happily stay again.

Home away from home

Perfect wee place to stay. We stayed 10 nights and found the cottage to be absolutely perfect. Scrupulously clean and very comfortable. Had all the kitchen basics to be able to cook nightly and added bonus of a washing machine and drier. Very cosy and homely. Walking distance to the village and prime location to visit attractions close by. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect location

We had a lovely few days at Sue’s home. The house was very well equipped and very comfortable. It was an easy stroll into Havelock north. It was great that we could also take our dog (his first holiday with us) and he loved the fully fenced garden. Would definitely come back.

Awesome location and neat house

This is a perfect little house for a get away in Hawkes bay. You can walk to Havelock North and great restaurants within 5-10 min . Drive up to Te Mata in a few minutes as well so fab location. The house was tidy and warm and bathroom was nice with both tub and shower. We did not bring our dogs but the garden is fully fenced so you can bring doggies . Would love to stay here again. Sue was very responsive and made everything easy :)

Great home close to town

This home has everything you need and more and is a short walk to Havelock North village. Close to the wineries and it was great we could bring our dog.

Perfect base for Havelock North

Stayed over Christmas with my husband and baby. A lovely well-equipped house with a great outdoor space that was very convenient for my nearby family and the village. We appreciated the AC in the warm weather. Sue was very helpful and easy to communicate with through messages. Will happily stay again!

Perfect cozy stay.

Hastings

Incredible little 2 bedroom cottage, that was just perfect for our trip to Hastings dog shows. (Bonus we both had fabulous wins). Easy to book, super clean, beautifully decorated, felt like home away from home.
