Everything we needed!

Very nice residence with a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We had a hard time figuring out how to find channels on the TV, but learned to live with it. Easy instructions for Wi-Fi which was very helpful as we utilized it daily. The area was very quiet! We would definitely recommend it and will use it again if the need arises.

Mesquite Trip

Over all the condo was quiet and definitely stock with everyday items. The beds were comfortable. We did find the counter around the kitchen sink was dirty and there was tv tray next to the recliner there was a lot of crumbs and broken glass underneath. At least they had cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner to clean up the mess. I did not park in the garage because there was no garage door opener available, that would be a nice item. Saying all that we would still there again next time in town it was available.

When we arrived, passcode for door didn't work - wi-fi was down. Was an easy fix the next day. The property was not very clean - carpet was dirty (white socks showed the dirt), bathroom faucets and light switches were not clean, nor were the rugs in the bathrooms. Main bathroom tub was clogged and water wouldn't drain. People had left food in cupboards that were not cleaned out. It would have been a nice place if it would have been cleaned better.

Had a crew stay here while doing a job in Mesquite. House was perfect, clean, everything we needed. AC ran great as it was 110 every day.

Can’t Say Enough Good Things!

The condo was fantastic. It had a great location and was super clean on arrival. This condo was completely stocked with everything we needed including coffee(ground and pods) in the kitchen and soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Two things really stood out for us with this property was how accommodating our host Bree was in getting us an early checkin and also offering us a mid-stay cleaning at no extra cost. Booking through Evolve was hassal-free. I would without hesitation recommend Evolve to family and friends and if we are in Mesquite in the future we would definitely stay in this condo again.

Nice Condo!

This condo was very nice. It was well stocked and nicely decorated! The hot tub and pool area were very well maintained and close to the unit. They also had a nice coffee machine and a good selection of creamers, plus extra blankets and a few games! We will definitely recommend it to others, and stay there again!

Great Condo

Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for a two week stay. Condo was extremely clean and we were even provided with a mid-stay cleaning at no extra charge. Booking was very straightforward and communication throughout the process was outstanding. We would definitely say at this property again as well as book with Vrbo.

Clean and Classy

Property was a breath of fresh air from other VRBO stays. It was clean, smelled good, and had just the right amenities. Although we had a minor situation arise, both Evolve and the owners worked for an amicable solution. I would highly recommend this property and Evolve.

Enjoyable stay

This was a great place to stay. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, we were able to get around the area pretty easily. It was very clean and well stocked with most everything we needed. There were a couple things I would have like to have had including a cutting board and more bowls. There was a small charcoal grill with pre-lit charcoal provided which did leave a lighter fluid taste on our food after cooked. It would have been nice to to have had grilling utensils available. We did have 2 days where the water was turned off for a few hours due to a water main break, but it really did mot impact us. Overall I would stay there again and happily give it a 5 star review.

Just briefly passing by

Our stay was only for one night as we were driving on a road-trip. But the place was so nice we wish we’d had longer to enjoy it. Super clean & perfect size for our group of 2 couples. Very well stocked as well as very nicely decorated. I’m sure it’s the best place we’ve stayed on our road trip out west.
