High-set home, 3 bedrooms, sleeps six (2 Queen beds, 2 Singles) all with fans, bathroom +toilet upstairs, toilet and shower downstairs, lounge, dining, kitchen, with split system reverse cycle air conditioning.
Kitchen is fully equiped and includes new fridge freezer ,microwave ,including a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine.
Entertainment spaces include large TV's (one upstairs ,one downstairs), Upstairs has Fetch, Google play, Blu ray , Downstairs has Apple TV ,pool table, Table tennis, patio, double lock up garage, fully fenced back yard.
ALERON is a typical family oriented holiday home that has been enjoyed by the owners family for generations.
It is continually being improved ,and we hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we do..
We now have an EV Tesla charger for the use of guests ,32amp which is the equivalent of 75km travel distance per hour !

Awesome location. Everything for an enjoyable stay provided in property. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet escape in a magnificent location. Young and old will enjoy the experience. Also the amount of wildlife around is stunning with the birdlife being the highlight, plus waking up with a cuppa watching a couple of young roos having a boxing match on the front lawn was a treat :)

Beach escape

The property was extremely well equipped with everything we could hope for. Games, kitchen items, rumpus area was well used. BBQ and outdoor facilities for fish cleaning and preperation.

Neat and tidy…Fenced at the back thin wire fence small dog could get out…Gate didn’t close too good had to tie it together with a spare dog leech which I forgot to get off the gate 😟

Immaculately kept. Perfect place for family with older kids with the pool table, table tennis and tv. We’ll definitely request another stay if they’ll have us!

Big yard, well-equipped house, perfect location

This is a great, practical, no-frills house which is neat, clean and really well-equipped. There are tons of board games, and downstairs is a pool table and table tennis. The backyard is large, with a beautiful big shade tree, and has a sink for cleaning fish you might catch, as well as a barbeque (stored inside downstairs). The beach is just one street away, and there are water views from the house. The fence is good for large dogs, but small dogs might slip through it if they're not being watched, and the open stairs are probably a bit scary for small dogs too (my medium-sized dog took a little while to get used to the stairs). A short distance away is the National Park with the "Banksia Walk" which is well worth a visit (no dogs, though, of course). Walking around the streets, you're very likely to see grey kangaroos lounging about in people's yards or on the sports fields, as they come over from the National Park. The hosts have left enough information for guests to make informed choices about places to visit, as well as great food places nearby: I recommend the food from either Serenity Cove Cafe or the General Store. The Friendly Grocer shop will supply anything else you need, so you don't need to leave town at all - except maybe to go down to Walker's Point, which is also worth visiting. There are great dog off-leash beaches either end of the town, with the southern one within easy walking distance, and stretching for kilometres of running freedom for dogs.
