This is a cosy pet friendly property set in the tree tops with great hinterland views across the Anglesea valley.

The Space:
There are two bedrooms in the main house and another bedroom with its own toilet downstairs. (Please note: the downstairs bedroom is accessed via external stairs.) There is an updated bathroom which is a generous size, while the kitchen living and dining area are open plan and there is a wood burning fire for the colder months and a split system to keep you cool in the summer. With WIFI included, this property that has all the things you will need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay in Anglesea.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
