The large island counter has plenty of seating for six guests, to compliment the dining table that seats another eight guests. The living room offers a large section sofa for guests to enjoy the 70” wall-mounted smart tv, or just take in the view of the pool and golf course. For added comfort, the owner has installed a large ceiling fan in the living room.

The living room opens up to a spacious, extended patio. The owners made sure to capitalize on every once of space, as guests enjoying the heated pool with spillover spa can enjoy relaxing in the cabana daybed or four longer chairs. The entire family can enjoy a meal outside on the two high-top tables that seat twelve guests. There is even an outdoor fan to keep the breeze nice and fresh. If someone in the family is a grill master, they will fall in love with the built-in gas bbq grill! A small breakfast table is set up at the end of the patio to enjoy a drink or bite while watching a round of love golf!

The family will most certainly gravitate to the theater/game room to make some vacation memories. Have a family challenge of air hockey or play for the highest score on the Ms. Pac-Man/Galahad Multi-Arcade. For the gamers, sit back and enjoy the PS4 or Xbox gaming station, equipped with two gaming chairs and a 50” wall-mounted smart tv. Wind down and watch your favorite movie or take in a game day in the 83” smart tv with large sectional and elevated movie seating. This room also has a separate AC unit to keep guests nice and cool during the warm months!

For those that do not want to go upstairs, you will find the lone bedroom on the first floor, which is a king master bedroom with a 55” wall-mounted smart tv and wall-controlled ceiling fan. The master bathroom has been remodeled with custom woodwork and includes a double vanity, a corner glass shower, and a large corner tub. The balcony includes plenty of seating to take in the scenes!

The upstairs loft area keeps the entertainment going, with a pool table and 50” wall-mounted smart tv with cable. For those needing to get work done, they will enjoy the custom side-by-side workstations with HDMI plug-in television monitors. Guests can store their favorite beverages in the built-in mini fridge.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
