one night stay

had amenities we didnt use as we were there only one night . the host had not told us to use side entrance beforehand so unfortunately disturbed him at his main entrance.. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the place and a strand of hair in the tub,and the tub stopper didnt work so my husband couldnt take a bath.

Hey Brenda, I think that you missed the checkin instructions otherwise, you would have seen that it is a side entrance. I also think you probably did not see the toilet paper in the closet. I also specifically told you to let me know of you needed anything. If you had notified us of the toilet paper, we should have pointed you to where they were.
