Pacific View by Tiny Away is located in the North Canterbury town of Leithfield. The Tiny house is in the Leithfield Beach Holiday Park. A comfortable 139 square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.

Guests will have complete access to the amenities, including the coin-operated laundry, coin-operated showers, cooking equipment, and pizza oven.

Woodend Beach Holiday Park, Waikuku Beach, and Pegasus Beach are just a few of the nearby beaches from Leithfield—conveniently set in one of the best tiny house rentals in New Zealand.

Getting Around:
We recommend guests to travel by private vehicle as there are no public transports available directly to and from the property.

- Mobile reception is good for all NZ telcos
- Pets should be kept on a leash at all times
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Smoking is allowed outside, but not in the dune area as it is a fire hazard
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Gas BBQ available in front of the camp kitchen all year round, also a gas-fired pizza oven
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
