This semi-detached unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a secure and private courtyard, and a shared front yard with a swing and picnic table. Only 300m walk to the esplanade, and you are within easy walking distance of the cafes, RSL, Bowling and Sports Club, supermarkets, seasonally lifesaver patrolled beach, walking tracks, mini-golf, and much more, the location is what makes ‘Beach and Lakes Cottage A’ a perfect holiday base, you are sure to find everything you need and more!

The property has parking on site for a boat and is approximately one kilometre from one of the excellent boat ramps.

Great location! House was clean & well equipped. Furnishings were comfortable. The communication with the host was great, even over the Christmas/NewYear period. They were very friendly and helpful.

Great location and house, a couple of tweaks needes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Cottage and location. Nicely fitted out with good kitchen appliances. Aircon units need to be upgraded and bigger/more outside bins are required.
