Conveniently located to transportation and parking on site. Comfortable bedding. The host was quick to reply to any question and was courteous with inquiry. We will certainly plan to check its availability next time we are in town.

Sabias was very easy to communicate with. The check in process was okay, but I had difficulty opening the door because the owner, in his instructions, forgot to tell me to hit the checkmark after I entered the pin. The noise level is very high, as stated by Sabias, from the street noise. It is very difficult to hear the TV if you have the windows open, so we kept them shut. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need, even though we did not cook there. The mattress and linens are nice as well as the towels in the bathroom. Luckily we found the elevator by looking through the small window in the garage, which we used to get up into the apartment and was greatly appreciated, since lugging our suitcases up the stairs would have been tough. The main problem with the rental, which is no fault of Sabias’, is trying to get out safely from the garage. The cars are going 50 to 60 miles per hour, and it is difficult to see down the street. You need to pull out very quickly and pray. We did love how close the condo was to Granville Island. I highly recommend the breakfasts at the Dockside Restaurant…we ate there everyday as the view and food are top notch.

A great place to stay

Was in town for a wedding, and this unit was perfectly located for me.My Wife and i really liked the easy access to False Creek, and then a nice walk to Granville Island.The unit was very nice, and better equipped than i had expected. If i am ever back to Vancouver, i will be sure to try booking this unit again.

Clean, comfortable with all the amenities

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated that the host included many essentials such as coffee, shampoo, toothpaste etc. The location was very convenient for walking or taking an Uber to restaurants, shopping, parks etc.

Very accommodating host

The property is great with a location just across a pedestrian bridge to the sea wall and a Timmies down the street. Our travel plans changed several times and the host accommodated them all, even when he was not required to. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, Nice location

The apartment was just what I was looking for. Comfortable, very nice location, close to Broadway etc. Well-appointed. Perhaps the instructions for using the door lock when leaving could have been a little clearer, but I’d definitely recommend the apartment to anyone.

Perfect Location

This is a gem in an amazing location! We were able to walk to stunning views and food every day! Very close access to ferries and Granary Island. Secure parking. Next to an amazing cigar store! It’s on a busy street but was very quiet inside. Highly recommend!

Re-visiting Vancouver

Host was accommodating and responsible, which was appreciated. Property is conveniently located close to many bus routes and the SkyTrain Canada Line, as well as to grocery stores. Pleasant walking along False Creek, and also along W 7th Avenue. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay!

This is the perfect location for visiting Vancouver. Very easy access from the airport and to Granville Island, Kits Beach and the sea wall, as well as many restaurants and cafes. There are city bikes just around the corner and public transport within a very short distance. Loved the access across the bridge to Charleston Park! Sabias is an excellent host, very welcoming and provided great instructions for everything. Would recommend and stay again!

All the comforts of home

Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Lots of extra amenities (sound machine, toothpaste, mouthwash etc). On a busy street but bedroom at the back of the unit. Loved having underground designated parking spot. Felt safe.

Extremely well equipped and cozy unit, very conveniently located to explore beautiful Vancouver. Host is very helpful and responsive. The only downside for us was the noise of the busy street even though it doesn’t prevent you from sleeping

Access to VGH

My wife used it while I had surgery at nearby VGH. When surgery was canceled at the last minute we stayed and enjoyed the many beautiful sights around the area.

Generally very pleasant

Check in was easy. Having a secure parking spot was really good. Nice amount of space and ability to cook, order in or walk to places was very convenient.Sad the fireplace wasn’t working. Recommend a non-slip mat in the bath. It would take a long time to wash long hair as water pressure is low.Cushions on wood chairs would have provided more comfort. Nice to have a relaxing seating area and basics.Overall, very welcoming.

The property is ok, nice location, a bit old but ok. The experience with Expedia/Vrbo is TERRIBLE. I tried to reach out for questions about booking but got pushed between Expedia and Vrbo. No one is actually taking responsibilities and I literally got hung up when calling Expedia people looking for a solution. DO NOT BOOK THOUGH HERE unless you know you will have 0 questions and 0 things to ask for. The interaction with Expedia people would literally ruin everything.
