Exquisite 3 storey central villa with everything!

2 mins drive to Yeppoon centre. Panoramic views to Keppel Islands, 4 car garage parking. Fully airconditioned
4 beautiful Bedrooms, main - spa bath, TV, double shower
3 outdoor dining areas
Outdoor TV, indoor big TV, ping pong in air-con room, best quality pool table, beautiful swimming pool (heated to 36 degrees as wanted all year round- it is awesome relaxing in a warm pool on a cold and rainy day) and top of the line trampoline. We limit our guests to 8 persons only occupying the 4 bedrooms.
The space
3 storey house with balcony each floor. One master bedroom with king size bed, spa bath and double shower, one queen bed room and two bedrooms with two king single bed each. Pingpong table, pool table and trampoline plus private swimming pool and barbecue area at the back, huge garage that can accomodate 4 cars and extra space for parking in front and at the side of the house.
Guest access
10 minutes walk to Keppel lagoon, Farnborough Main beach, central and restaurants.
