We loved our stay. We had 14 adults, all family. The set up of the house had exactly what we needed: a big room for all the single ladies, several rooms for young married couples and the separate studio for the older ones. The games were invaluable. Having a pool table, foosball and darts right there was awesome. The house was very clean, which is always a plus. And well stocked with the basics- plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash can liners. I hate when I have to run out to get more. Definitely would reserve again if in the area with a big group. THANK YOU

Overall experience was great. However the listing was misleading. They advertised 3 hot tubs on the listing and only one was actually at the property. The single hot tub that was there also had a mind of its own and kept spraying the jets at full blast at everyone and outside of the hot tub. Everything else was pleasant and the home was in a good location

Big enough for 15 people

The place was big enough for 8 adults and 7 kids. Lots of room to run around, lots of activities to do at the place and seats for people to sit, lounge and eat. Fun place too.

Our group was very pleased overall with our stay. Place was clean, open and had more than enough space to accommodate 8 of us. The only thing I could pick that we didn’t have available to use was a sheet pan. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10/10

Great place to stay! - highly recommend!

We were able to spend Thanksgiving weekend with all of our family together. Most of us were local, but my son came in from out of town and for us to be together in a large place and have enough room to enjoy the amenities and enjoy the extra space was perfect! We really had a great time not only being together but the home was just perfect for our family! It was well kept and had what we needed! This was my first time using Evolve and it exceeded our expectations. We look forward to doing that again soon!

Family funeral

We had a wonderful stay. We attended my sister's funeral. Family from many states stayed at this wonderful property. We were in and out so we did not have the luxury of enjoying all the beautiful yard assessarries. The only very small shortcoming is there were no closet space in the large bedroom with many beds and parking was limited but we managed by moving cars as people had to leave the premises. Would definitely recommend and rent again if we were in this area to attend a function. Very spacious and acommadating

Served our purpose for a get together.

The property is a bit worn and not completely accurate in its portrayal. The pool is a partially buried above ground pool about 4 feet deep. We needed some repairs to the showers and rugs lifting up They were promptly addressed, but the rugs did not stay flat creating a trip hazard. The location is OK, but not great.We will not return to this venue.

Wonderful stay and experience

Great house for a vacation with the a large family. We were 15 people and felt super comfortable and welcoming. The communication with Zakkiyah from the management company was fantastic. The room with bunk beds is ideal for all the kids together. Plus the amenities: pool table, table soccer, air hockey and a hot jacuzzi. Everything super clean and well maintained.

Cute place with plenty of space.

We stayed for a family wedding in the area. Plenty of beds and space for us to spread put. Location was nice to stores, but the traffic is not great in the area. Nothing they can do about that. The coffee maker was damaged and let them know in the afternoon and they had a new one delivered that night. Very attentive team.

Great spot for families

I've stayed in several properties and i would rate this one as one of the best with a few caveats. Minor cosmetic items to be addressed (attic access door in double queen room), no closet in room with bunks and queens. Also the people who slept in the bunk room reported that the queen beds were uncomfortable to sleep on. All other beds were great however. Overall I would say this is a hidden gem in a great neighborhood, convenient to everything, clean and roomy!

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful indoors and outdoors.We had a few issues and they were resolved immediately .My only suggestion would be to provide more silverware (5 forks in a house for 15). Also need to get new pots and pans . The Teflon ones that are there are quite scratched and that’s not good. Otherwise it was a great place

Large Group of Athletes

We had a good time staying here. The location was great as it was close to the tournament field. The house was as described for most of it and accommodated all of us. The "pull out couch" was missing but I had asked for an additional mattress that was provided with additional sheets. I feel they were short on bath towels for a group our size but they have a washer and drying which helped out. If the weather was nicer during our stay we would have enjoyed the backyard much more. If you're missing any cutlery, check in the table settings :P Thank you for having us!

Pretty decent property for the price!

We had a great time while we were there! The house is exactly like the photos listed, the guest contact we had with the management group was also very nice and accommodating. The biggest issues was that the house looked new, but it seemed like it was constructed quickly and there were a lot of little things that weren’t right such as screws popping out of the floor boards, the water filter to the fridge not being flushed out before we got there so it burned our lips, lights that didn’t work, etc. The maintenance team did come out one night and the owner gave us 3 cases of water and since it was just guys there we didn’t mind but something to think about.

GREAT HOUSE FOR GROUPS!!!

This house was the perfect number of bedrooms/bathrooms for our group. We had two adult couples/parents and several teenagers and we loved the game tables and pool. Grass was very long, but got mowed mid week. There were plenty of trash cans out to the side of the house for our week long stay. There were plenty of pool towels and house towels. There were plenty of Tide cubes for our huge laundry demand over the week, and I really loved the street that we were on. The house is tucked back with no neighbors across the street so it felt very safe. There is a SUPER WEIRD purple light in the neighbors yard-but I think the city of Tampa is implementing these all over the city, but it did not come in our windows at night. The curtains could get a nice black out effect as well. Not many forks and pans were scant, but plenty of dishes for a crowd-more than enough and everything worked well.
