Brand new 2 bedroom sunny Queenstown cottage in Shotover Country

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage with open kitchen/living in the most tranquil part of Shotover Country surrounded by stunning mountains.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with full size oven & cook top, small fridge, nespresso coffee machine (with coffee pods provided), toaster, kettle, microwave, rice-cooker, pots, pans etc. for all your needs.

Sleeping: the unit can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults, two couples or a family of 4. Maximum 4 adults. There are queen beds in each bedroom and the option of setting up an extra single bed or a travel cot for a small child in one of the bedrooms if you are a family of 5 (additional charge for single bed $50 / no charge for travel cot). The home will be professionally cleaned following appropriate hygiene protocols before your arrival and premium hotel quality linen is provided. Cleaning products and hand sanitiser are also provided.

Entertainment: There is a smart TV set up with complimentary access to Netflix, Lightbox and Youtube included. Board games and playing cards are also provided.

Courtyard: There is a small courtyard with an outdoor 6 seater table.

Parking: The cottage has its own standard car park right next to the front door. It is not suitable for large vans or camper vans.

Children: If you need a highchair or travel cot please let us know and we can arrange this for you.

Heating: There are two wall heaters to heat the space plus two additional heaters that can be moved to suit your requirements. Each queen bed has an electric blanket. Additional blankets are available. Our guests have let us know the heating provided keeps them toasty :)

You will have exclusive use of the 2 bedroom cottage, your own parking spot and small courtyard area and privacy.

Please note that on the property there is also a family house which we live in.
Other things to note
COVID-19 health &safety: The cottage is professionally cleaned in between each and every stay following COVID-19 guidelines. There is local Southern District health information provided in the cottage manual. Cleaning products, hand-wash and hand sanitiser are provided.
