The good: Close, easy walk to main street. Very clean. Great communication. Cozy, comfortable. The not as good: missing the remote to turn on/ of light in the master bedroom. No main light in the back "bedroom", just lights on the bed. No place to put a suitcase except on the floor :-( An asside: an outdoor fan on the front porch and the back patio would have been welcomed (i noticed the neighbors had those). The greenery in back really needs to be cut back.

We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, cleanliness, communication, and cozy feel of the home. We appreciate your feedback about the bedroom lighting, luggage storage, outdoor fans, and landscaping. For clarity, the master bedroom light is operated by the ceiling fan pull chains, and the back bedroom has a dimmable ceiling light controlled from the wall. We’re also adding a luggage rack to provide a better place for guests to store their bags, and we’ll have our landscaping team review the greenery and trim anything that needs attention.

This was our second time to stay at Eastview Cottage. It is such a dream. I was disappointed in several things this time though. The light in the bunk room did not work. I cooked a quick breakfast one morning and so many of the dishes I pulled from cabinets were dirty. One of the blankets in the living room looked like it was not clean. The outside needed some good tlc, and honestly so did the inside. On a positive note, I loved the comfort of the bed & pillows! The view from the balcony is so fun & we were able to watch an entire parade and 3k go by! We love the little “park” area next to the house. Spring Street is just a beautiful area! Overall, this house is stunning & it just needs the love it deserves, especially at the price point it sits at. The management was very quick to respond and super kind.

Location was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a multiple night stay. It was adorable, we enjoyed it very much.

Nice place and location

We really enjoyed our stay and the property. Nice front porch, back porch and side porch! Only thing a bit negative would be the steep stairs to the house, but then we’re both in our 70’s and a little arthritis in the knees. Would definitely stay there again, but would pack smaller suitcases!

Perfect downtown location

This property was absolutely adorable! It was just a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. The property itself was clean, well maintained, and beautiful. Will definitely consider this for our annual eureka trip each year!

Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this cottage! The location was amazing and the house was so beautiful. The owners were quick to respond and helped us through the booking process. We take a trip every year to Eureka and will definitely be coming back to this cottage in the future.

Mom weekend getaway

My friend and I took a short weekend to ourselves. Loved sitting on the front porch. Master bed so comfortable. Loved being within walking distance of downtown shopping and dining. Place was so cute, loved the historical pictures around the apartment and the historical book of Eireka Springs.

Eureka Springs Christmas Shopping

Extremely cool historical house with excellent views and super close to shopping and dining. Host is very accessible and accommodating, I can’t recommend this place enough! 5 stars all the way

You can't go wrong booking here

Wonderful, historic cottage right in the heart of things in Eureka Springs. We experienced a smooth, problem-free check-in. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and decorated, and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again without heaitation. Highly recommended.

Beautiful

I reserved this cottage for a weekend girls’ trip with my sisters. It’s a beautiful little home, very cozy, with gorgeous patios in the back and front. Location was great, about a 5 minute walk to start seeing shops and restaurants. No issues with check-in.

A Perch with a View

This cottage sits atop granite perched between two of Eureka Spring's historic natural springs. With a bird's eye view of the street and area shops, the porch and rockers are a lovely way to wind down in the evening. If you like historic structures--this one is a charmer!

Nostalgia Galore!

We loved this cottage! Sitting at the dining table in the comfy stuffed chairs and looking out the original windows at the natural landscape brought back childhood memories at my grandmother’s lovely home. I cherish those memories. The cottage was so very clean and accommodations well thought out.

Such a great place!

This listing was amazing! Beautiful, charming, so clean, had everything we needed, and the most comfortable bed! Great walking distance to everything, although be advised walking anywhere in Eureka Springs is more like a hike but we enjoyed it! Great porch to sip coffee on in the morning and people watch. Cutest little back patio if you want more privacy. Has a keurig and a coffee pot, didn’t see that in the pictures so just wanted others to know they have both available. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to make it back someday!

Cozy Bird's Nest View of the Town!

Comfortable and cozy this cottage sits atop a granite rock and is a testimony of Victorian Age ingenuity. Eureka Springs still looks like the 1890s resort community that it was, and it's a delight to architecture buffs and history nerds. This cottage sits between two of the many historic springs and is easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Of note, there are steep steps to reach the front door, but once there, the porch wows you with a view and four rocking nice rocking chairs. Well air-conditioned and all the amenities!

Exceeded expectations

The uniqueness of this cottage and location can’t be beat. The kind of place that if even if you’re in so-so shape, you can park the car and never get back in until it’s time to leave. Highly recommend this place for a couple… a couple of kids will fit nicely in the adjacent bunk beds (although there’s no privacy for mom and dad). Not sure about any more than that if you don’t like living on top of one another!
