Lemon & Myrtle Cottage - Stunning, Cosy Luxury to Entice

Located in a delightful street in the centre of Myrtleford, this property boasts a large fully enclosed back yard featuring a deck and firepit to add to the ambience. It is directly opposite Swinburne Park and only a 5 minute walk from Cundy Park and a very short stroll to the town centre.

We love our pets and know you do too. Your pets are welcome at Lemon & Myrtle, however, you must disclose that they are staying by adding them to your booking and you must adhere to our pet policy and ensure that you take full responsibility for them at all times.

This house is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, to sleep 6 in 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Another great feature of the property is that it has 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner cooktop, oven, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and everything else you could possibly need.

The living room is delightful, perfect to curl up by the fire and read a book, look out the window and enjoy the views or chill out in front of the 55" smart tv. Free WiFi is also provided.

This property has a split system in all 3 bedrooms and a wood fire in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Please note that firewood is not provided but can be purchased at local service stations or local Foodworks.

A portable travel cot can be provided on request.

This property is fitted with external security cameras for everyone's peace of mind.

Lovely place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage is such a gem. It has been really well renovated with all the mod cons you need. Great to have reverse cycle units throughout the house and two bathrooms is a bonus. We asked for a Port-au-Prince and no problem at all. Room for 2 cars and very quiet location. Smart tv is fabulous as is the wifi. Will absolutely stay here again.

Our family stay in Lemon & Myrtle Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is well situated with sufficient undercover parking for 2 vehicles. It was very clean and comfortable, accommodating 4 adults and 2 children. The provision of a well appointed family bathroom with a toilet, shower, bath and 2 separate locations for hand basins was excellent. A separate ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and 2 hand basins for the main bedroom was also ideal. Very good kitchen equipment and facilities, ample dining area and lounge. Pleasant outdoor eating area on the deck overlooking backyard space for children to play. We found the management very helpful, especially thrilled with their quick response in locating a forgotten treasured toy.

Lovely and peaceful location from which to explore the High Country

Lovely little property in a fabulous location from which to explore the High Country. Well kept and obviously looked after. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
