Wake up in Ocean City MD in the Quay building! Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views as well as a great view down Coastal Highway at night. The building offers indoor & outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, and Seasonal Cafe' (summer only) for breakfast and lunch, saunas in both restrooms on the second floor. This lovely 3 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!

*There is a required $100 Quay Amenity Fee due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. This fee includes one parking pass. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy, please see bed sizes below:

Great location some flaws

The location was great our unit was cozy and exactly what we needed. I feel our unit may not have been vacuumed before our stay as there were many food crumbs on the floor when we arrived, which was disappointing as we have little ones. We also had a hiccup with the kitchen sink and dishwasher in which management had us trying to fix (the last thing we want to do on a vacation). Once we fixed it, everything was smooth sailing.

Love the Quay only one problem

The check in by costal resorts was so easy. Apartment was beautiful. Unfortunately I informed the management the air conditioning in one room not working well and after 2 days the said they owners were not responding to their message. Spent 7 days and problem not fixed

Dirty and run down

The condo was very dirty. Especially the kitchen, floors, family room area, and bathrooms. The cleaned service “cleaned” but the condo needs a real deep cleaning. The floors and bathrooms were the worst. Speaking of bathrooms, the second bathroom faucets barely work and the tub does not drain. The master bathroom is super cramped and dirty and for goodness sake get detachable shower heads. In the kitchen, every dish, utensil, pot/ pan smelled horrible. The cabinets are a sight for sore eyes. The ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work. There’s a small pellet ice maker but it doesn’t make much at a time. Dryer barely works. There are portions of the floor in the kitchen area that are sunken in and soft. Water damage?!? Appreciated the separate bar area and the bedrooms were updated. Overall, I’d stay somewhere else for the price which was over $5,000 for the week after all the VRBO fees.
