Pelican Waters 1 is a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with stunning views of the Merimbula Lake. The apartments offers a sunny northerly aspect which is perfect for those Winter months. The apartment is sandwiched between the lake and Merimbula's main surf beach which is a 2 minute stroll around the beautiful boardwalk.

Pelican Waters 1 has a queen bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom has a double bed.
Pelican Water 2 has a queen bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom has 2x single beds

Both apartments also have a folding baby cot for your convenience. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk in shower, heated towel rail and a separate toilet. There is a washing machine in the laundry and a clothes line in the yard for drying. The lounge area offers stunning lake views, a flat screen tv, dvd player and ample seating. There is also a 6-seater dining table for those times when you would like to share dinner with friends.

The complex boasts a fabulous grassed area out the front and a large sheltered BBQ area out the back.

This is a fabulous little property that has everything you could possibly need (apart from WIFI) which is a minor inconvenience.The property is very clean, and the location on the ground floor looks directly out over the water and into the town.I would definitely recommend this property. It was perfect and completely stress free.

Perfect getaway

Perfect location, spent most of our time walking around Fishpen each day. We were so comfortable in our unit, we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be booking our same unit again. * The only thing I can honestly point out re cleanliness, is some cutlery was not washed properly however this was easily fixed.

Ideal location

The unit was in an ideal, quiet location with views of the water, and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It had all the amenities to make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we are happy to recommend it.
