An exceptionally clean and quiet escape

We spent a week in Sebring and this exceptionally clean home was a perfect base of operations. While we had some challenges with wifi, it was an external problem that the host addressed quickly and updated us as it was resolved. The home layout is comfortable although the pillows are flatter than North Dakota. We were pleased with the large kitchen area and an expansive living area and back deck (sans furniture) allowed for us to enjoy an early spring evening. There is confusion between the instructions and whats "included" as well as the check-out process. We didn't take any personal soaps and shampoos and had to make a late night shopping effort to make up for it.The property is wonderfully clean and our check-in/check-out was seamless. We certainly would use this host and property when returning to the area. It was a pleasure every evening.

Perfect stay!!

We stayed at the Sand Trap to be close to our family for the birth of our Grandson. This location was perfect for us and the house was exactly what we needed. The property owner is amazing!! She even dropped by a box of diapers for our new arrival. We plan to stay here when visiting our family in the future. (Side note. We did not have issue with internet/wifi: we streamed movies and watched tv at the same time with no worries)

2nd time's a charm

Great second stay at this home. The host makes everything so easy. Neighborhood is great, home is clean, etc. Wifi is just okay. I only mention this because that is what the TV's use for service.

Soapless, but not hopeless

We arrived late in the evening after 14 hours of travel, so all we wanted was to shower and go to bed. However, nowhere in the house could we find a single bar of soap. Early the next morning, we had to head out for the racetrack, so started the day with another soapless shower. After a jam-packed day at the track with no time to stop at the grocery store, we get home and take another soapless shower. This time, we tried washing with the pump hand soap and dish soap we found in the kitchen, but those weren’t good options. Other than that dilemma, the house is clean, has laundry, and plenty of coffee.

Golfing

Close to many golf courses. House was like brand new. The internet connection was terrible. Inside the house our phones only had 1 bar most of the time. Would be nice to have a couple of chairs for sitting outside. Front door definitely needs a peephole to see who is at the door.

Spotless house needs better WiFi

This house appeared brand new, and was absolutely spotless. Communication was good, but the property manager seemed to have little ability to solve problems. We just had one issue—The Wi-Fi needs to be upgraded as we could not get it to work for our stay. For a family working and using tablets, this was a big issue. However, the house was so nice, I still would highly recommend it.

Nice house but got stuffy.

Internet slow, we knew that but experiencing it was not pleasant. House Welcoming booklet that was on counter had thermostat rules. They don’t want you to turn ac/furance fan onto constant. The house got stuffy(even during a mild Nov. weather) due to not enough air circulation. There are ceiling but they needed to be turn on high. We did do high but then it was like sitting in a wing tunnel. Overall nice house.

Great Stay!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, new, and clean home. We were in town for my son's golf tournament at Sun N Lake Golf Course and this home was a life saver. It was so close to the course and anything we needed such as gas, groceries, food, etc. We ate all our meals out, but the kitchen looked well stocked. There was a huge TV in the family room and another TV in the master bedroom. Not a ton of data reception in the area so wifi was a must. It worked well, but with 2 TV's, 1 computer, and 5 phones, it could be a bit slow at times. This is no way negatively impacted our experience and thoughts of the home. Our dog sitter cancelled last minute, so being able to bring the dog was awesome. We didn't have an opportunity to use the pool area, but saw it when we went to the dog park. It looked great and close to the house with ample parking. Dog park was very nice with friendly people. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area!

The house was exceptionally clean with a well decorated roomy layout. The location is ideal, only a little more than an hour to Orlando’s Disney world attractions. Golf course and swimming pool on site. Wineries and breweries are all within a 30 minute drive. the owners restaurant choices were superb. I would definitely come back here again with my extended family.

Best Kept Secret

We came in town for business and pleasure with our family. The grounds and house, extremely quiet, clean, and the perfect place to stay! No need to look anywhere else. This house has everything you need and the comfort of feeling like you’re home when you’re away from home. Communication was amazing at all times with the owner. Also a great management company! If we’re ever back in the area, we are sure to stay in this house!

Clean, comfortable stay!

Great Home!

We raced our car at the Sebring Raceway and stayed here at Sand Trap. It’s a really nice house, great location for the track. Next time we have a track day we will probably rent this house and the house next door, Pit Stop. The houses are literally right next door to each other so I think it will be a lot of fun with our race group. Frank

Amazing Stay!!

We felt at home as soon as we walked into Sand Trap. The house was clean and nicely decorated, the beds were comfy, and the layout was perfect for a family getaway. The location was perfect for us, while my husband was out playing golf, I was with the kids at the pool. 'Sparky' enjoyed his afternoon playtime at the dog park. We took a day trip to Epcot and while we all enjoyed our day at the park it was nice to come back to the house to unwind, watch a movie and have a home cooked meal. We will definitely be back.
