👥 Bookings by Cranbrook residents are prohibited unless pre-approved by the host.

🚫 No Third-Party Bookings: The person who makes the booking must be the one who checks in and stays for the entire duration of the reservation. If you wish to have someone else stay in your place, you must first get approval from the host. A photo ID may be required at check-in to verify your identity. If this policy is violated, your booking will be canceled immediately, and no refund will be provided.

🤳🏻To ensure a smooth check-in, please upload a clear profile photo of yourself to your Airbnb account. This helps your host recognize you upon arrival. If your profile does not have a clear photo, you will be required to provide a selfie and may also need to present personal ID at check-in. 🐶 Pet-Free Furniture: No pets or food are permitted on the furniture or beds.

⏰ Late Check-Out: Late check-outs require pre-approval before booking.

🚭 Smoking, Vaping, and E-Cigarettes:
Smoking, vaping and use of e-cigarettes (including tobacco and cannabis products) are permitted anywhere outside on the property. Smoking or vaping inside the suite is strictly prohibited.

📬 No Mail Forwarding: Please do not forward mail to the property. The forwarded mail will be refused upon delivery.
