This was the perfect place to choose for my short stay in Bradenton. The house was immaculate and well appointed. The pool was refreshing and relaxing as the surroundings were quite stunning. The backyard is a perfect place to wind down after a long day.

Perfect for what I needed it for.

Cozy place, pool table and a pool, What more can you ask for?! Everything was a very short drive to include all the big name restaurants, all 5-15 minutes away. Was there for a soccer tournament at the IMG academy for my nephew. No issues to report, would stay there again, great price, beats a hotel room where you typically share one room.

This place was perfect! Mike was very quick to reply to anything and was a very sweet man. The house was clean, the pool was fun and I would definitely rent again!

Place was great. It was clean and there was plenty of space at a reasonable price. There are a lot of restaurants right around the corner.

This was everything we wanted. Clean, beautiful house, we went for my sons birthday weekend had he had a blast. We were so close to everything

The owner Michael was great and quick toanswer questions. Home was very clea but spotty wifi. Could not use wifi outside by the pool and froze often in the bedroom. My suggestion is to get wifi extenders that plug into a couple outlets. They are cheap and work well to cover house and property better. Everything else was great!

Little weird

We had seen that the owner might be on site but we were not expecting to share the space. It was a little uncomfortable knowing that there were several different people in the garage working or walking in and out of the yard with us there. Had a hard time sleeping knowing that they could be in the house through the garage. We had no control to lock people out since the locks were inside the garage. We ended up renting a hotel room 2 nights earlier than our regular check out. This house is cute and has lots to offer but just not for us.

Beautiful yard, attentive host

We had a wonderful time at Mike’s house. The house was open, bright and clean. We had access to the pool table, backyard and pool. Beautiful weather helped make the trip perfect. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was a huge hit. It was VERY private and relaxing. High fencing is covered with flower and bushes, it was beautifully landscaped. In top of the backyard, the screened in porch was amazing at night. Mike said we could have a fire if we wanted, but the screened porch was enough for us. Mike does live on property, but who cares! He is in a separate unit and when we locked ourselves out of the house, it was PERFECT to have him next door. He was right there to help us. My husband and I are already talking about coming back and using Mike’s property again. Thank you!!

Comfy, safe, a great place to lay our head and watch the world baseball classic after long days of adventure. Floors and surfaces were dirty or sticky. If they were cleaner I would have given 10/10. Great communication. Good distance from everywhere we needed to go. Quiet.
