We had a fabulous time! Amazing beach house close to the ocean. All that it says it is. Excellent facility.

We had an awesome stay with beautiful weather! So close to the beach and great view from batch. The batch had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Easy check in and prompt communication with owner

Harper house

Lovely sunny property with sea views in front and rural views behind in the quieter part of Waimarama, everything that we needed and plenty of space for teens. Great communication, loved our stay.

Lovely family weekend

Had a great time - the sun only shone through on the last day, however the accommodation presented lots of options for wet weather activities and socialising. Thanks for this opportunity

Spacious house close to beach

Well located house across road from beach, new renovated downstairs and new decks around the house offered lots of space for our large group to relax. House has nice beach vibe. Definitely still again.

Family get together

Very clean...great central area. Back deck amazing space for bbq and food...hanging up went togs... outdoor shower for rinsing of sand...great outdoor spce for teens and badminton.. ..fully fenced with . fence between cars and kids. Awesome

Perfect spot

Great property to stay for family or group of friends. Ground floor self-contained 2 b/r flat is spacious and modern (apart from the toilet). Upstairs three bedrooms /living/kitchen/conservatory and bathroom are very comfortable. Fantastic decking areas at the front to admire sea views and a huge decking area at the back for afternoon entertaining. One thing we did miss was a dishwasher.:) Located a few steps away from the beach. This home is perfect for your family getaway on the beach. Hope we'll come again.

Wouldn't book again

We had a great holiday here and it had everything we needed. The cleanliness let it down along with the quality of the sheets. I felt it was a more expensive price and yet the sheeting was warehouse quality. There was also black dog hair everywhere, on all the chairs and all the mattress protectors. It is a property that allows dogs but I was surprised at the amount of dog hair. I wouldnt book here again.
