Located in a quiet street in Ocean Grove, 1.2km walk to the beach, hotel & café, is our lovely beach house for you to relax and enjoy all Ocean Grove and the Bellarine has to offer. Perfect for 1 or 2 families or groups of friends to enjoy, there is plenty of space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, plus a 4th room that could be a kids room or movie room, sleeping a max of 9 people.

There is a spacious backyard and large outdoor entertaining area and lounge with BBQ. Bikes are available on request.

The space
Enjoy the peacefulness in our 4 bedroom family home, a 1.2km walk to the beach, beautiful cafe and 600 mts from Ocean Grove Hotel. Close to ocean grove shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a spacious backyard with ample undercover outdoor space as well as room to relax in the sun.

Well-equipped with 2 lounge areas with smart TV and internet, there is enough space for 2 families to enjoy a beach holiday together.

Guest access
The spacious Master bedroom at the front of the house encompasses a queen bed, ensuite and walk-in robe with plenty of hanging space.

Bedroom 2 is beautiful and light with a double bed bunk and wardrobe - perfect for families.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and wardrobe with ample hanging space and drawers.

The well equipped kitchen/ dining area has a large gas oven and cook top, microwave and dishwasher and generous fridge. Standard kitchen utensils, electrics and cookware are provided along with plenty of glassware and crockery for those summer BBQs.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living opens up to the backyard and decking area, with outdoor dinning furniture and BBQ to enjoy on warm evenings.

The kitchen opens up to the living area with a large L-shaped couch and 55 inch TV with internet connection.

There is a second lounge or 4th bedroom - with the cosiest couch and big screen TV. There is a set of single bunks in this room- making it a great room for kids or a movie room for the adults to escape too with a big screen TV.

If you need a quiet space to work there is a 2 -eater study nook away from the hustle of the main living space.

The home is heated with gas heating at the front and a split system heating/air conditioner in the kitchen/living space.

The Laundry provides an 8kg washing machine and dryer with detergent available and a small clothesline outside.

Other things to note
We value looking after the environment and encourage recycling where possible. The recycle bin is the yellow lid bin at the front of the house.

Bicycles are available upon request - you must supply your own helmut and use of bikes is at your own risk.
We are really lucky to have wonderful neighbours so please be respectful of them and keep noise to a minimum at night.
