Private, quiet, cozy developed basement living area with 2 beds.

A fully developed basement with half bath and private bedroom. Very quiet space. The rental area is a fully developed basement and comes with comfortable furniture, retrofitted - roughed in shower, empty full size fridge, lots of space, treadmill, rower and some minor weights as well as TV and internet with Netflix.
A microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker as well as some small plates, utensils and napkins for a quick snack or sandwich.
35 minutes to University of Calgary and a 35 minute connecting train to the downtown by bus stop next to the house and street parking available.
Note: We prefer 2 guests only, but will make an exception and allow 3, but will be charging $ 40 per night for the extra guest, payable upon arrival.

We enjoyed our stay

The place was very clean, spacious and overall more than we expected. The property owners are very kind and friendly and it made us feel welcomed. We would try to book here again if we visit Calgary in the future.
