Basked in all-day sunshine, this two-level holiday home sleeps up to twelve guests across five well-appointed bedrooms. The generous master bedroom is your private retreat with an ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and balcony. The home is complimented by two additional bathrooms – perfectly configured for a range of families and groups!

With neutral tones, the upstairs open-plan living area has been thoughtfully decorated. An array of couches, a Smart TV and WiFi provide a comfortable and inviting space. The well-equipped kitchen is comprised of a sleek design and modern appliances and is accompanied by a formal dining table – ideal to gather around and enjoy a meal.

Step through to a gorgeous north-facing tiled balcony with outdoor seating and take in the sweeping views over Havelock North and the Heretaunga Plains or enjoy the morning sun on the private courtyard off the kitchen. Situated on a suburban section, you have your own lawn area as well as the use of one parking space within the internal access garage.

This central Havelock North location means you’re just a quick 450-metre stroll to the charming town centre. Here, you will find a range of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Make sure to visit the world-class wineries and vineyards in the surrounding area!

Worked great for us

It was very comfortable and really suited our group of adults. It was close to the local cafes and amenities. There are plenty of beds, so lots of sleeping options and lots of comfortable chairs and sofas

Havelock Haven

Absolutely fantastic - convenient location, fabulous house and amenities and easy entry access. Had a brief power cut but found matches so were able to light candles so wasn't a problem. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

House was wonderful and perfectly clean and spacious. Kitchen floor was very slippery and also couldn’t find any tea towels. Otherwise absolutely amazing

Clean and Spacious

Fantastic property for a large group or family. Havelock North town two mins walk. Comfortable facilities with everything you need. Good indoor and outdoor options. Gas bottle ran out first night and due to heating and water being gas it made for a frustrating hour or two, however bookabach and the property manager sorted the problem and provided a replacement gas bottle within about 90 mins - no harm done (and thanks for the prompt fix)

Great well located Property

We celebrated a family birthday and invited Children and Grandchildren to stay. The property was great with good bedroom and bathroom configuration. The kitchen and open plan dining and lounge are excellent spaces. Property is well located within easy walking distance to Village shops and restaurants etc. Only downside for us was the listing said BBQ and this does not exist which was extremely disappointing. We would have made other food choices if we had known.
