Waterfront Paradise Cove Cottage w/ Private Beach

Breathtaking family cottage - cozy & rustic, on a paved road - with quality panoramic lake views of the magnificent Haas Lake (Paradise Lake)! Ideal for Spring, Summer, Fall Colours - just ~2 hrs from GTA.

Enjoy the AMAZING sunsets on the 100 ft. waterfront with south western exposure. The cottage has 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 people), kitchen/dining combo, living room, sunroom, etc. Relax outdoors on the upper deck, lower patio, the dock or the beach!

The cottage comes with paddle board, kayak, canoe and a fire pit. Walk into the shallow entry with deeper water off the dock. And you have your own sand box right outside your door! Bring your fishing gear to try to catch one of the variety of fish found in the lake!

Additionally the is equipped with: pots, pans, dishes, serving trays/bowls, cutlery, full size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 42" & 28" LED TV's, basic satellite channels, DVD player & movies, full size BBQ/cooking utensils, CD player, and firewood.

All you will require is food, bedding/pillows, drinking water and your towels to enjoy a little piece of Paradise!!!

Cottage is 5 minutes from Haliburton Village, which offers everything from LCBO, Beer Store, Foodland, Independent Grocery Store (PC), Tim Horton's, Glecoff's Dept. Store, Home Hardware, Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall Pharma Plus, many restaurants, laundromat, public library, ice cream, specialty shops & more.

Haliburton Hospital is 7 minutes and Haliburton Highlands Golf Club is 10 minutes from the cottage.


Rules:
Campfires:
Recreational campfires are only allowed at the established permanent fire pit area. Before lighting any fire out of doors, check the fire hazard signs in Haliburton Village to ensure there is not a ban in effect.

Campfire wood is provided in rental fee, based on the length of your stay (7 day minimum). DO NOT burn garbage in fire pit as families cook over the fire and do not need remnants of garbage coming through in their food.

Garbage Disposal:
All garbage / recyclables must be removed from the premises and taken with you at the end of your stay. There will be a charge if owner has to dispose of your garbage. Haliburton does not have roadside garbage / recycling pickup at all. Haliburton has a dump - more information about garbage will be provided at the cottage.

Cleaning:
Cleaning up at the end of your stay is the renter(s) responsibility unless cleaning services have been arranged in advance and prepaid at the time of booking. All dishes should be washed, spills wiped, watercraft and paddles put back where you found them.

Fireworks:
No fireworks are permitted on the property.

Noise Level:
Noise levels kept to a minimum after 10pm.

Smoking:
No smoking of any kind in the cottage and no cigarette butts left on the ground.

Pets:
Only service animals - that is approved by the host at the time of booking. All pet rules must be adhered to. One animal maximum per booking. Other animals will not be allowed due
- Pets can never be left unattended in the home. Monitor at all times.
- Pick up all poop immediately.
- No animals allowed on furniture. No peeing on the decks.
- Paws wiped clean whenever they enter the house.
- no wet animals in house. Bring a towel from home to dry them after a swim.

Guests:
Daytime guests permitted with owner's permission in advance.
