The space
Well-appointed cosy retreat just right for a relaxing getaway, perfect for couples and friends. Situated on the corner of Point Nepean Road you’re just across the road from the beach.

Located only an hour from Melbourne CBD, the Mornington Peninsula is a year round destination. Markets, local produce, wineries, Hot Springs, walking or cycling you’ll be spoilt for choice for things to do.

If it be surfing at the back beach, a gentle stroll beside the bay, golfing, cycling or eating great food our apartment is at the centre of it all.

With two large sliding doors opening to a sunny balcony, you’ll enjoy the breeze and the sunset view in the perfect indoor/outdoor space.

Luxurious and comfortable leather lounges, modern large flatscreen Smart TV, pre-loaded with all your favourite viewing apps. In addition a Blu-ray player and an excellent selection of DVD’s to watch.

Two spacious bedrooms with brand new queen beds and mattresses, built in robes.

Brand new washing machine, drying rack, Ironing board and Iron.

The apartment is part of a gated complex with secure underground parking for one vehicle with plenty of on street parking.

Two minute walk to the gentle shores of Capel Sound beach and a variety of eateries and local shops. Wanting a little more? Rosebud shopping plaza is a five minutes’ drive, Rye only 10 minutes, or if you’re looking for an outstanding vanilla slice you can pop down to Sorrento.

Kitchen
Well-appointed with, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, new full size fridge/freezer, full set of cooking utensils and new saucepans.

Large dining table, great for hosting friends or doing one of our jigsaw puzzles.

Basic condiment, tea coffee and sugar included.

Guest access
The Apartment is situated on the second floor of a two storey complex. There is easy access via stairs, please note there is no wheelchair access. Free single undercover car park available with plenty of on street parking.

Other things to note
If you are travelling with another family or friends I have contact with the owners of the apartment next door, I am more than happy to assist you to book this (subject to availability).

Apartment comes with all linen, towels, beach towels, body and hand wash, Laundry detergent.

Heating/Air conditioning for year round comfort.

Board games, a large selection of books, puzzles and magazines.

Free, unlimited WiFi.

We appreciate that due to COVID, things are very unpredictable with travel at the moment. You can book with confidence in the knowledge that I am very happy to refund your payment if your plans have to change due to illness or restrictions.
