In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This first-floor Kiawah Island vacation rental is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a spacious deck, and a screened porch with beautiful scenic views. This villa is a 10-minute walk to the beach.

This villa offers a one-story layout with ample living space and an abundance of natural light. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and glass sliding doors access to the deck and screened porch. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area, offers stainless steel appliances, and provides enough counter space to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area offers ample seating for your whole party.

The primary bedroom features scenic views, a king-sized bed, a television, and a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. The secondary bedroom is perfect for kids as it includes 2 twin-sized beds, a television, and a secondary bathroom. The secondary bathroom offers a shower and bathtub combination that is also accessible from the hall.

Sip your morning coffee while overlooking the peaceful, scenic views from the comfort of the screened porch or the main deck.

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Cats are not permitted. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

This was a great property for pets very close to the beach and Night Heron park. Only downside was it’s a first floor and you can hear neighbors moving around as mentioned in a previous post but overall had a great stay.

Nice Villa-Clean and roomy

Everything was as expected. Easy check in. The walk to the beach with all of our beach gear was a little longer than expected but renting a beach cart made it so much better.

Great rental.

Great rental in a great location; however, being on the first floor, the noise from the second level (mainly foot traffic) was rather loud and annoying. Other than that it was a great experience.

Nice location with short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. There were some cleaning issues that need some attention. There was a moldy shower curtain in the main bath and the screened porch was very dirty. The kitchen needs some help too. We had to call for drinking glasses since there were none and utensils for cooking were sparse. We have stayed many times in Kiawah and this was just an OK place
