Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the home's cleanliness and location, and we're sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the security gate, our team did assist with guidance when you reached out. The resort has a strict limit of five registered vehicles per reservation, which includes visitors, and this policy is communicated in our arrival instructions. Pool and spa heating, as well as BBQ grill use, are optional amenities with additional fees. These details are clearly disclosed in our listing, rental agreement, and pre-arrival information. While we understand that preferences vary, these fees are fairly standard for vacation rentals in our area. We are sorry to hear the beds were not as comfortable as your family had hoped. We have not received this feedback previously, but we will have our property manager inspect them and look into the matter. Guest comfort is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Thank you again for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback and wish you and your family all the best!
