Top quality condo just as described

Everything from pre arrival communication to help with a very minor situation was handled quickly and with good humor. Evolve was a great host . Will always look to rent any accommodation with their name attached to the unit.

Ski stay with 4 of us.

Phenomenal place to stay in Breck. I’ve stayed all over and this place was absolutely perfect for us 4. (Even more would be fine, if kids would be staying) All appliances were updated. Tons of new utensils. Walkable to town and shuttle for ski lifts. Shuttles are 3-4 min away from gondola. Check in was super easy, really nice to not have keys and just the code to enter in. My group and I already talked about booking it again for next year.

Clean, Convenient and a great host

This property was as advertised. Very convenient location. It’s an easy walk to Main Street. The Snowflake lift is just up the street and the bus stop to further destinations is right across the street. The unit is well laid out and was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The Host was very communicative and more than willing to offer information and reached out several times to confirm that everything was going well.

Perfect Ski Vacation

The location was perfect with everything you could need! The location was amazing with amazing access to both Quicksilver run and Snowflake. If we find ourselves back in Breckenridge we’ll definitely book again.

Cute condo in great location.

This condo was clean upon arrival, the decor is well done and the management is easy to connect with. It’s in walking distance to peak 9 and the main street. It really has all you’ll need for your stay. It was the little things that counted, like the different softness variations of the bed pillow. I like a firmer memory foam type of pillow and my husband a softer. The body length mirror on the bedroom door for checking out your ski outfit before heading out. We appreciated all those extra details. Would recommend to a friends group or a family.

Can’t beat the location

Well kept, clean and cozy. Short walk to the Village. Received a text at check in with condo location, unloading and parking instructions which made arrival very slick. Would stay again.

Awesome all around!

The condo was not only a perfect location to just walk to shopping or food. It was so clean and organized! Love that! From the labels in the kitchen to help you navigate…to the makeup towels in the bathroom. Everything was well thought and put together. Thanks for the awesome girls trip experience!

Great location

Booked a summer visit to Breck and really enjoyed our condo. Super close to everything and never needed the car. Walk to Main street in 3 minutes yet just far enough away to not be too close. Great balcony and views. Unit was upgraded recently and has really nice kitchen and baths. Nice to have TV's in all the rooms too. Definitely would book again and I would recommend.

Clean & comfortable, great location

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with 2 friends. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Had everything we needed. The location was perfect, very convenient to nearby dining and shopping. I would definitely book here again if I were to come back to Breckenridge.

Great late season ski trip!

We had a great stay at this condo. Kitchen and baths are newly updated, well stocked kitchen appliances and dishes, and THE BEST location for us. Pictures do not do it justice. Only a 2 minute walk to town, and 5 min walk or even closer shuttle to get on the slopes. We would love to come back!!! Highly recommend!

This is the one

Pick this one! The pictures don’t do it justice. Newly remodeled. Kitchen is big enough for two to cook and very well stocked. Great to have the bunk beds to spread out. We had our two college sons with us. Could have easily had our older son, too. Best part is the location. We picked up are skies across the street at a small Christy’s location (booked online to make it very fast). And then walked about 100 ft to the shuttle and when up to Beaver run ( skip Snow flake). Took 5 mins max and the bus run nonstop At the end of the day, skied down 4 o’clock to town. Just need to walk across the street. Almost as good as ski in/out but at a fraction of the price. The owner is very helpful! We got delayed because of a cancelled flight and he worked with us to make it the trip still work. We are DEFINITELY going back. Would also be a great location for a summer trip. Only negative (more of a note) it’s on the second floor and there are a few more stairs to get to the condo. Might be harder for people with very small kids or older adults with limit mobility Enjoy!!!

Casa Breck was a great hub for everything in Breckenridge! Close to town, restaurants, shops, and the mountain. Everything you could need was provided and it was the perfect place for our group of 5! Would definitely stay again 🙂

Really nice condo right in the middle of everything!

Condo was exactly as shown in pictures. Host was great at communicating and responded to my questions quickly. Really great value! We will stay again for sure.

Family holiday

Our group included grandparents, adults and children. This condo is new to VRBO so didn’t have any reviews to read. So glad we took the chance. It was one of our best rentals! There are 2 separate bedroom suites that gives all the guests privacy. It was super cozy and had everything that we needed. Communication with the owner was great! The location is close to all the action and you get 2 parking spaces. Will certainly keep this one on file for any future trips to Breckinridge.
