Relaxing place to stay

AI recently stayed at the property and had an enjoyable experience. It is located out in the country and is pretty isolated so if that is what you are looking for this is a great spot.

Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful stay. The room was great and the views were amazing. Waking up and sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and the river is very relaxing. The staff is wonderful and we will plan to be back

Very quiet peaceful away from the fray!

Everything was as advertised in a great fit for us it was quiet and the location right off the river was beautiful We did some walks on the grounds and thoroughly enjoyed our stay We will be back!

The room was nice. For such a large room the layout of the bed and sofa bed was a bit odd. The sofa bed also had a pretty large stain on it but overall the stay was nice.

Very nice stay. Unfortunately, I had to enjoy it solo this time. Views and accommodations were wonderful. Very quiet and secluded with quick easy access to the city. Well worth it!

Conveniently located near UTC

We came for a short stay to help our son get settled in to attend UTC. Tennessee Riverplace is within 15 minutes of the University. Exactly as described in the listing, very accommodating staff and a very relaxing place to return to at the end of the day.

Close but far

Wo derful stay. We did have trouble checking in but called and the lady on the phone got it all sorted out in a timely mannor. You feel like your in the country but on 15 mins from downtown chattanooga. Very dog friendly!

Beautiful, quiet getaway...still close to everything!

My son and I stayed over our spring break (he is a student, I am a professor), and this was the perfect spot for us. There was plenty of room for both of us - a king sized sofa bed for him and a lovely big bed for me! We loved visiting with the cows on the way in and bird watching on the river in the mornings. Everything in Chattanooga was under 30 minutes away, and parking in the city was highly affordable. Thanks so much for the wonderful getaway - exactly what we needed.

Friendly/Easy/Beautiful Property

Me, my wife, and our dog (golden retriever) stayed here for valentines weekend. We stayed in the Tennessee room with a balcony and king bed. It had direct access to the river and the balcony/stairs made it easy to take the dog out. We went when it was cold, so we did not get to go outside and explore really but the view was beautiful and it was quiet, while we were there. They are extremely dog friendly. We will go again, especially when it warms up and we can go to the river.

Perfect getaway

You’ll find this secluded getaway extremely clean. We are full time parents to 5 babes and needed a break. This property was just far enough out of town to be relaxing, but close enough if you need anything. The room was exactly as pictured and we were very surprised at how large of a room and the bathroom were. The scenery was breathtaking with the fog over the river early in the morning and the mountain range and blue skies in the evening. Great, fast, and easy communication. It was everything we needed. I highly recommend and we will most likely be back.

Visit to Chattanooga

Everything was great, except the fire alarm going off early in the morning and having to deal with the firemen caused us to miss our scheduled tour fortunately they were able to get us on another tour. Also the door lock was very funky and not working properly. We did let them know. The room view was great and the jacuzzi tub was my favorite place to relax.

So wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay! We looked for rest and relaxation in comfortable accommodations on a beautiful property along the river and found it! Management was great to interact with and helped us whenever we needed it! No issues and would totally recommend this facility for your stay and will be returning again!!
