Beautiful

3 ladies were staying and the home was in a great location! The view is amazing!!! All 3 of the beds were comfortable!! We didn’t do any cooking, but if you did it looked like you would have everything you would need. We loved it and hope to return!!!!Thank you

Friends trip to the Horse Races.

The house was perfect for the six of us. The split floor plan worked out great. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to the races. The torrential downpours of rain kept us inside, which made us enjoy the house even more. The house was well sticked with everything we could possibly need,

Gorgeously decorated older home with great views

We really enjoyed this older home that has been beautifully decorated in a modern decor. Loved the split floor plan, large living room with picture windows that take advantage of the wonderful lake view. There is a nice fire pit outside that we took advantage of and a dock and some small water items, like kayak. Location was very close to historic bathhouses where you can hike and end at lunch or the bathhouses downtown without having to move your vehicle. Also close to the gardens and other parks and hiking.

We absolutely loved the property and would love to make it an annual event but a working oven is a MUST! We had planned meals and brought food that needed an oven. We made it work but it would be a deal breaker next year. The refrigerator constantly dripped water into the drawers and leaked out from underneath. And we couldn’t get into the property. It was eventually unlocked but we were given the maintenance code to use. Both employees that came out for the door and oven were very personable and were as helpful as they could be. We realized appliances aren’t always in your control. We will check back next year to see if appliances are in working order before reserving.

Book it!

This home and property were just perfect! The kitchen was the best equipped that we’ve ever had in a rental. The view out of the big picture windows is even prettier than in the pictures. I will highly recommend this rental to friends that are visiting Hot Spring.

The house was lovely, the snacks were a wonderful treat upon arrival, the dock was so fun for us and the kids, the beds were incredibly comfortable, it was absolutely perfect for us with 2 young kids because we closed the door off the kitchen while the rest of our guests could enjoy the kitchen/living room and not worry about waking up the kids, there were lots of towels for the lake/ showers, this house is well-stocked with supplies and extras and we would definitely stay again if in Hot springs.

Lakefront Paradise

Very pleasant clean house. Had just about everything we needed, except a Keurig and some cushions for the outdoor chairs. Incredible view from all windows in the house of the lake and the yard goes right down to a great dock where we sat and watched the evening fall on the water. Beautiful safe neighborhood and very convenient to everything Hot Springs. Would stay there again in a flash.

Family Summer Vacation

Everything was right in line with the VRBO listing. We arrived a little early and called the host and they went ahead and set the keypad for us to get in. We recommend this property to everyone and are already talking about coming back again.

Hot springs getaway

The property was very clean. It is an older home but well kept . Chris ,the property manager was very kind and responsive to questions. It's in a quiet neighborhood and about 10 minutes from Bath House , Casino etc.

Great Lake House

This home was perfect for me, my husband and our three grandkids! The bedrooms were perfect size and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We love the decor and the many vintage items in the home! The large windows and the patio overlooking lake were amazing! The kids loved the boat dock and the boats, were lots of enjoyment! It was conveniently to Hot Springs National park and everything you need! We would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway

The house is so charming (even better than the pictures) and the location is ideal for visiting all around Hot Springs while still feeling like you've escaped to the lake for some rest & relaxation. The house is well stocked and necessities such as dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, trash bags and paper towels are all provided which we always appreciate. We enjoyed the provided canoe and exploring the lake. There are a couple of restaurants on the water that were great. All in all an amazing getaway, and the charm and overall ambiance the house brings was a big reason why. We would absolutely stay again..and hope to!

Fabulous Lake house

This house was perfect for us! The kids loved the boat dock, kayaks and canoes! The house was well stocked with everything we needed! It was in the perfect location easy access to everything we did! We loved the lake view from the Large living room windows. We spent many hours on the back patio just enjoying the view! It was a very quiet neighborhood too, so peaceful. The house is older but updated but still has some of the vintage charms we truly enjoyed, it took us back to our younger years! I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a great place to stay that’s close to Hot Springs National park.

Lovely!!

My friends and i had the best time at Lakeland! The house was great, and the view was incredible. We even saw the Northern Lights from the back yard. The house and furnishings were perfect. We loved the mid-century modern touches throughout the house - bathroom tile, artwork, and furnishings. The beds were comfortable in all of the bedrooms. The very best feature was the amazing view from the large picture windows in the living room and two of the bedrooms. The backyard fire pit and seating area was our favorite spot where we watched the sunset both nights. I highly recommend Lakeland as the perfect get-away for a small group.

Lake house

The house is in a great location. The cleaning lady was still cleaning when we checked in. I found a dirty glass and utensils picked up in the cabinet and drawer. We had 1 extra roll of tioler papper per bathroom (not enough for a week stay with 5 adults). We also only had 2 extra garbage bags. This meant a few extra trips to Walmart. 2 of the kitchen table chairs were broken and the paddle for the adult kayak was broken. We did enjoy our stay. The lake is beautiful.

The Perfect House!

We could not be more pleased with our stay at this awesome house. The views/backyard is amazing. We enjoyed drinking our coffee outside on the dock, using the canoe to go fish, and conversing on the patio around a fire at night. It was so nice to have so many things provided like coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The house was clean and cozy. Everything was decorated so nicely and provided plenty of room for all of us to comfortably hang out. The water pressure and heat in the showers were awesome! The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is also conveniently located to lots of activities/restaurants. Be sure to pay attention in the morning and evening for the goat directly across the dock on the island. The next door neighbor gets on his pontoon boat and feeds the goat and it’s so cute!
