Set up to impress and ensure your comfort all year round, you will love your time at this modern three bedroom plus kids bunker holiday house that has been styled to perfection. Walk to local shops and take away shops. Full reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. Place comes with fireplaces plus a fire pit. Great sized enclosed yard with security gated entrance. Sleeping three families comfortably (up to 8 adults (2 on sofa bed) and 5 kids) Outdoor Pets welcome, free wifi and linen. The space Convenience is key located ideally just a minute to the Bannockburn township and 20 minutes from the Geelong CBD. This immaculate home offers a unique and flexible floor-plan with polished concrete flooring, taller ceilings, four bedrooms plus open study and three living zones.
The property as whole is on 4.7 acres. The house is fully fenced on approximately 1 acre with no access to the remaining land on three fenced and separated paddocks. Property can sleep 6 adults in 3 bedrooms and 5 kids in bunker beds. Additional 2 kids/adults can sleep on sofa bed as well.
The heart of the home, the kitchen, dining, living zone drenched in natural light offering volumes of space to entertain. The kitchen is complete with stone waterfall bench tops, ILVE appliances, overhead cupboards, huge walk-in pantry, this area overlooks the expansive front yard/entertaining. The split system and double ceiling fans control the climate of this space, ideal for a tepid summer nights and timber fireplace suited for the cold winter days, all this flows seamlessly outdoors to the north faced pergola area ideal for all year round entertaining.
The large master bedroom positioned at the front of the home with walk in robe, ensuite with double vanity, double shower and endless natural light. The further 3 good sized bedrooms all have floor to ceiling built in robes and ceiling fans with the convenient bathroom and rumpus/games room for added family flexibility. The third living area is perfect for sitting room and enjoy the warm natural light shining through the window on a nice spring morning.
It is the perfect place to gather family, friends and work colleagues in the dress circle of Geelong and not too far from beautiful beaches of Torquay
Please note though, this is a residential house, so residential noise restrictions apply. There is a strict no party policy.
We welcome guests that are happy to abide by the Golden shite Council Code of Conduct for guests staying at Holiday Houses on the Geelong and surrounding areas.
No caravans or camper vans allowed for extra accommodation
There is to be no unacceptable behavior at the property at any time but particularly after 11pm.
Free WIFI Daily cleaning service available on request. Guest pay cash for this service. Multiple outdoor entertaining areas. (Not to be used after 11pm)
Pets welcome by prior arrangement with the owner.
An early check in and late check out is offered when possible. Please note we have a two night minimum on weekends, 3 night minimum for long weekends.

Bed configuration: 1 x large Master bedroom with king bed 1 x double bunk, single above (sleeps 2+1) 1x single bunk below and above bunk sleeps 2 kids 1 x queen bed bedroom 1 x queen bed bedroom . Doona's with covers, blankets, pillows with pill slips, bath mat, hand towels and tea towels are provided as part of the tariff.
Linen/sheets/towels are provided for all bookings.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :).
Well behaved pets welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
We look forward to welcoming you to our home. Guest access The house only ever gets tenanted to one group so its all yours for the time you have booked. Other things to note There is a two night minimum for weekends and three nights for long weekends. Single night bookings available during the week only.

Great house for a family getaway
We stayed here as my brother was getting married near by. It is a lovely big house with plenty of room for everyone. There are mulitple TV rooms, so the kids and adults can have their own space. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic property in Bannockburn.
We hired both houses on the property, and both were excellent. Both were modern, spacious and had all required amenities. Location is close to the shops and town centre, and communication with Mohit was easy and fast. Highly recommended!

Good house for a larger group but the house was quite poorly provided for:The smoke alarms were beeping so I had to buy new batteries.There was no soap in the master bedroom shower.No tea towelsNo dishwasher tablets - I had to go and buy my ownNo dish soapNo doona cover in the master bedroom Not enough plates, bowls, glasses for the number of people that could stay thereThe cutlery was rustyThe upholstery on the couches and chairs was all badly stained

Apologies that the supplies you needed weren’t refilled and had run out. We did notice the stain marks afterwards. As this was a changeover clean, the cleaners informed us that the previous long-stay Airbnb guest had left the couches and chairs in poor condition, and a lot of cutlery had gone missing. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to arrange steam-cleaning of the couches and chairs before your stay.
Since then, the place has been fully cleaned and restocked. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused — we take pride in keeping the property neat, tidy, and well-maintained.
