The Space:
The photos show the condo "type" that you'll be staying in. The photos demonstrate how these units have the same layout with slight differences in decor between each one.

The 28 sqm|300 sq ft room apartment comfortably accommodates up to 2 people. While at the property, you’ll enjoy spending time around the pool, which has plenty of seating, a built-in firepit and a BBQ for grilling up some tasty eats. This pool is nicely landscaped, surrounded by greenery, and enclosed for your safety and privacy. The property is located on the west end of La Paz’s Zona Comercial, just 7 blocks from the beach and the Malecón, so you’ll have easy access to all the attractions and local hotspots!

Inside the room space, you’ll find:
- a queen bed & a nightstand with a lamp for reading
- an armoire-like closet & a full-length mirror for getting ready
- a small table with 2 chairs to enjoy a meal or work on your laptop if needed
- a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV to enjoy during downtime moments
- two small bottles of water, a coffee maker, some starter packets of coffee & coffee cups on the table for your morning perk-ups
- a full bathroom with a stand-in shower, towels & plenty of space to unpack your essentials

This is a self-check-in property. To access the building, just enter the code and a separate code is provided to enter the room. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival.

The property is located on the west end of La Paz’s Zona Comercial, just 7 blocks from the beach and the Malecón (the famous beachside promenade), so you’ll have easy access to all the attractions and local hotspots! Here are some of the highlights to check out:

- Kayaking or SUP Paddleboarding on the Sea of Cortez or La Paz Bay
- Swim with Whale Sharks (Season Oct 1 to April 30)
- The Cathedral of La Paz (Catedral de Nuestra Señora de La Paz)

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km |7 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 192 km | 119 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests must climb stairs to access upper-level rooms. There is no elevator.
- Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.
Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20 USD fine.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
Guests are responsible for damages that occur and for any extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please note that there are mosquitoes in the area during the summer.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
- Please note that you may come across some stray cats in the area. They are part of the local community, and we appreciate your understanding!

Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the room and shared access to the pool. We’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

Great getaway

We stayed here for 5 nights and went spear fishing. We loved having the outdoor shower to rinse gear off with and the pool was great. The rooms are comfortable, great water in the shower. There is no kitchen in the studio but excellent food nearby!

Fabulous

We loved our stay ! Communication was incredible with Angel!! It was very clean ,Staff helped us out when we had a small issue with a plugged toilet.The only thing we would recommend is the ability to get a change of towels , when you are there for a long stay.We enjoyed the spot very much and the pool was nicely heated.We would stay again and will definitely recommend.Gracias Leona &Dean
