The space is within walking distance to bars, restaurants, gyms, and a grocery store. There is a park nearby and is centrally located within Medicine Hat so you’re never a far drive away.

Good stay for our friends visiting in town. Wish they had a hard copy stay instructions at the location like a little binder - but otherwise it was good! When I reached out about issues they were very quick to reply! No major issues- no complaints. Jeanine is an awesome host!

This is a nice funky loft apartment in a trendy part of town. A buddy and I stayed two nights. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment has a nice balcony out back. It is well appointed. The host was very good at responding to our questions throughout our stay.

Great place

Nice place to stay over the weekend. Close to amenities downtown. The proximity to the train line was not an issue. The apartment is a very comfortable and well equipped place to stay with cool design, games and books to enjoy in the evening.

The apartment definitely has a New York City apartment feel. We were very comfortable and it was spacious. Close to the downtown restaurants and bars, we walked the few blocks for dinner and drinks. We were pleasantly surprised to find out there was a night market right beside the apartment including food trucks on the Friday evening.

This was a lovely place to stay near good amenities in Medicine Hat. It was clean and in good condition overall. I thought they had some unique features (old wooden doors, stained glass window, brick work, balcony, skylight) that made it a fun place to visit. Everything that I needed worked (dishwasher, sinks, toilets, shower, couch, stove, microwave). I’ll be back!

Booked this location with my married couple best friends during a very stressful time. We were able to unwind each night cooking dinner together and having 2 separate bathrooms and bedrooms made this stay very enjoyable. Our host was amazing and the accommodations were well stocked, clean and comfortable. I will definitely be booking there again.

Love this loft!

We both very much enjoyed our few days at the loft. We had busy days sightseeing and loved coming back to sit on the balcony to read, chat and nap. The balcony was also a perfect place to have morning coffee. The two bedrooms, each with their own bathoom, were perfect. The kitchen is well stocked and we wanted for nothing.

Fun place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the NY style suite. It was a fun place to hang out in the evenings and we would definitely stay again when in Medicine Hat. Communication with the host was excellent when we had some questions. I thought the train might be an issue in the night time, but we didn't have any problems sleeping! Kitchen was well stocked. Girls getaway

This was an excellent property for our annual girls getaway- which includes a lot of hanging out with our feet up - visiting and crafting and watching movies or playing games. Clean and comfortable- luckily my friend sleeps soundly and the railroad tracks didn’t bother her.

Unique clean place with wonderful owner.

It was easy to get to, was exactly as described. The owner was wonderful and helpful with immediate responses to any inquiries. The only downside was that it was quite chilly in the apartment when we arrived in the late afternoon. With 2 space heaters, it warmed up nicely and we were very cozy by the time we went to bed that night and it stayed that way.

Comfortable apartment in the Flats

The apartment is up a flight of stairs and has loft like space with. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has what we needed and the dining room table made meals pleasant. The living room was a good place to relax. We enjoyed walking from the apartment to the river and the paths there. We also walked to Medalta Pottery and enjoyed that museum. Trips to two provincial parks were terrific. On top of all this, Jeanine was responsive and welcoming. We had a great stay.
