Backyard patio, quiet cul-de-sac, attached garage. One minute to the 10 and east to downtown Phoenix (baseball, shopping, museums, ) or head west to Palm Springs or LA. One minute to the 110 and head north to Glendale sports facilities (hockey, football) or northern Phoenix, Glendale, Sun City or Las Vegas!
Well-behaved pets are allowed. A fenced dog run is available.
There is a large patio with a barbecue in the walled back yard.
3rd bedroom is currently set up as an office or computer space. A single cot is available for another person.
Please note: the house is NOT child-proofed for a toddler or baby.
There is a laundry room off the kitchen with washer and dryer

The host was flexible and communicated well. All questions were answered without much interaction- she was well prepared. The house was comfortable, homey, and the fenced yard was a benefit. The furniture was comfortable and the internet/tv programming was great for our longer stay.

Great location

The property is really nice. Great location near the I10 and the 101. Very nice patio, with comfortable furniture. Kitchen works well. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased. Barbara was great and very responsive to any questions. I’ve used VRBO several time and have had good results. This was one of the best

Nice house - NO hot tub

It was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It was a good pet friendly property. Unfortunately, the listing said there was a hot tub. This was the biggest factor to book this property. There was no hot tub and we were disappointed. Listings need to be accurate.

Snowbird Stay

The house could use some maintenance. May be ok for a short term stay. Carpets were dirty and rolled in places. Had to contact owner for 2 inches of moldy water in dishwasher, guest bathroom tub slow to drain which left inches of water while showering, fire alarms went off twice once at 4:10 in the morning. After batteries replaced the next week they went off at 5:00 in the morning. The items were fixed although I don’t understand how these items weren’t checked. Guest bed sheets had large holes in them and luckily I found an extra set in the closet. The most uncomfortable pillows I have ever slept on. Such a shortage of kitchen utensils I had to purchase several to complete cooking dinners. stove burners are wonky. One does not sit flat so the pan was never even on the burner, the other only cooked on high. We were actually happy to return home.

Rhonda, We're truly saddened to read that your stay didn't meet your expectations. We pride ourselves in offering great value compared to other rental options in the area - an affordable, pet-friendly home with all the necessities for a comfortable extended stay (including weekly outdoor dog clean up for those with pups). We promptly addressed the maintenance issues you raised during your stay. The dishwasher issue was due to recent upgrades to the in-sink disposal, so there was some water transfer into the dishwasher when that work was done. For the smoke detectors, we replaced the batteries then replaced them all entirely after the second incident. We understand how disruptive those alarms must have been and apologize for that inconvenience. Regarding the kitchen utensils, our home is equipped with standard cooking supplies that have been sufficient for long-term guests in the past, including ourselves when we stay there. We're keen to learn what you needed that wasn’t already supplied for your stay. We were unaware of the stone burner issue and will ensure we address it. As we’re based outside Phoenix, we rely on our professional cleaning service and maintenance teams, but occasionally things may be missed. We are relatively new to hosting and while we're disappointed we didn't meet your expectations, your feedback will help us continue improving. Our goal remains to provide a great value for our guests in a comfortable, well-equipped home.
